New battleground, new action item: “Demand documentary proof of certification of eligibility from each and every elections board in the nation

Posted on | April 20, 2011 | 8 Comments

Below is a letter from my supporter and the foreman of the first citizens’ grand jury to which I presented the eligibility issue, Chairman of Clayton County, GA Republican  party Carl Swensson. We need all 50 election boards (and /or Secretaries of state)  to start doing their job and institute proper documentary guidelines of proof of Presidential eligibility certifications. Never again should we allow on a ballot of any state an individual running for the position of the President or vice president without a certified copy of a long form birth certificate, certified copy of his original Social Security card, showing him to be a Natural born US citizen. Please lobby your election boards to include those requirements in their election rules booklets.

I registered for the meeting and hope others receiving this will consider doing the same.

Rep. Ed Setzler is included in this E-Mail since he has only offered one response, concerning eligibility, thus far:
“Carl, as you have undoubtedly heard, Georgia is not going to act on this…that said, the Arizona Senate has just passed this measure.  To accomplish your desired goal, it really takes only one state to pass this measure to force the issue nationally.  Thank you for contacting me and please stay in touch.  – Ed”
I included this in the subject to be discussed request…

As the Chairman of the Clayton County Republican Party I have been asked to speak about insuring the confidence of our membership and in turn the people of Clayton County in having properly vetted (eligible) candidates on our ballot with a couple of suggestions to that end.

Anyone on my BCC list should consider doing the same so that we can avoid a repeat of the 2008 debacle which is still haunting us. Yes, I mean the continuing saga of the unknown eligibility status of one Barry Soetoro A.K.A. Barack Obama.

Further, we now have three (one announced and two exploring) candidates who are known to be Article II Section I Clause V (U.S. Constitution) ineligible for the office they seek (POTUS). You will not be limited to dealing with this voting issue alone but I would strongly urge all attending to focus on this area of concern.

The man who made H.B. 401 (GA Presidential eligibility bill) die by not allowing it out of committee (Mark Hamilton) will be there along with 15 other election officials so if you, like me, do not want a repeat of the Constitutional crisis we are currently experiencing, Join me at:

Atlanta Elections Advisory Council Meeting
Wednesday, April 27, 2011
10:00 a.m.
Georgia Capitol, Room 341
And let your voices be heard.

Sincerely,

Carl Swensson,
CCGOP Chairman

This appears to be the direction to go because we all know the validity of the citizen grand jury.

In the meantime, you need to get to every other state that is proposing these bills and talk to the the governors. I’d start with Bobby Jindal.

Also, you need to update the article on the history of a bill to add in that bills can and will be vetoed by traitor governors.

Dear Legislators , under this US Court of Appeals ruling , the Full Faith and Credit Clause did not need apply another states ruling , but regarding Obama’s Eligibility to be POTUS its does , this seems like a Double standard , is it ??

Is the Obama Administration Picking and Choosing its Constitutional defense by trying to Create a Precedence with rulings like this ??

Is Obama trying to shield his Eligibility to be POTUS behind the Rejection of the DOMA Act under the US Constitution , which all are contingent of the Full Faith and Credit Clause , of which Obama needs to Over turn to Force the states to Combine the acceptance of Records for POUTS eligibility , and by so amending the DOMA act will open the door to further challenges to the FFC Clause’s effect on a Eligibility Claim in my Opinion based off what I read here in the Findings of the US Court of Appeals ruling above regarding the case

Since we have evolved to a nation of security clearances also, should not the president have to pass a top level security clearance, as required for other government jobs with access to security information. Should not the Attorney General, which position was originally formed to only represent the United States in court, has now evolved to more powerful than the Supreme Court, in the judicial system, should this position not be moved over to the balance of power of the Supreme Court, and out of the control of the president, because if not, we have no balance of power? This position also should require a top level security clearance. Holder is misusing his position and that position has destroyed the balance of power.

Since we now know that the political parties are operating in an illegal manner, a political Mafia, all qualifying records that the political parties have used to qualify their candidates to show proof of eligibility, which would be birth certificate and citizenship records of both parents, should be available for all voters throughout the nation to review. No more thinking the political parties will do this, or any official in the government. They have denied the voters their rights and now we have Brewer making it publicly known she does not believe in the offive of Secretary of State, which she previously held, it seem. Has anybody gotten a list of the Secretary of States of all states for 2008, and reviewed their background, and seen who is now in position for the next elections? Has anybody found what they see their role as? And the electoral college? and the Governor? Would not the Governor be the final watchdog for corruption on the ballot in his state, as the boss of the Secretary of State. Should not every state have an “elections court” that resolves any ballot issues during an election, in a timely fashion, so that it does not takes years to resolve a ballot issue?
