need your help in checking Los Angeles ballot
Posted on | May 8, 2012 | 6 Comments
a supporter reported to me that on Los Angeles ballot they have printed twice number 81 and ommitted #91. My name is under #91.
It is possible that this gentlemen is mistaken. I do not have LA sample ballot. Can someone check and e-mail me a scanned ballot to my e-mail address orly.taitz@gmail.com

Dr. Taitz,
On my Absentee ballot for Los Angeles County, I find no errors, you are listed under #90.

On my ballot guide Orly was number 91, not 90. Why the discrepancy? Even the sample ballot on the LA County web site says that Orly’s number is 91, not 90. Number 90 is a Democrat. I almost mistakenly voted for Feinstein who is number 81 because it’s so easy to confuse an 81 with a 91. You would think that the two top contenders would have been assigned numbers that are not so similar or subject to confusion. And why is Feinstein’s name at the top of the ballot and Orly’s name is hidden in the middle of two dozen minor candidates? Does the incumbent, as a matter of law, get preferential treatment?
