Need help in figuring how to convert 2 FB accounts with max 5,000 friends each into 1 public figure accounts

a number of  people signed up as my friends on FB and I particularly appreciate veterans signing up. However, I started my FB account years ago, before becoming involved in legal challenges against Obama and at the time thought that a 5,000 friends max is more than I’ll ever need. Now I have 2 accounts with about 5,000 friends each. I do not have time to post on FB and I am wondering if someone is aware of a way to convert 2 FB accounts with 5,000 friends each into 1 public figure account with no limitation on the number of friends and followers.
Also, the number of visits on my web site did not go down, there is still the same number of people reading the site according to the visit counter, however there seem to be a manipulation of my ranking. I am looking for someone in Southern CA, who is able to come to my office and help with the social media and ranking. Thank you
