I just spoke with Brooke Bialke, legislative attorney for Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann phone 202-224-3121 fax brooke.bialke@mail.house.gov

I told her that my assistant called earlier re eligibility and she was told, that I need to talk to Miss Brooke Bialke.

She told me that Rep Bachmann is well aware of eligibility issue, but it is not a priority for her, that it is not on her calender for the next month. I told her that a number of her supporters are extremely angry and are ready to ask for their donations back. Eligibility should be a number one issue. It can be easily resolved with bringing this issue to the Judicial and House Oversight committees. I believe that subpoena for Obama’s original SS-5 application for his Connecticut SSN 042-68-4425, which he claims he legally obtained in HI, as well as a subpoena for his original long form BC would resolve this issue very quickly, as I don’t believe Obama has proper documents. I told her that a lot of people are extremely angry, as they believe that congresspeople, who ran on preserving the Constitution platform, are either not being honest or are not thinking straight. If Obama is not eligible, than nothing signed by him is legal, and it includes the Obamacare, stimulus and so on. What is the point of dealing with all those issue first, before going to the root of the problem?

She promised me that she will talk to Congresswoman Bachmann and will call me with an answer.

Do you recall this program on CNN, Anderson Cooper  “Keeping them honest”. Let’s keep all of them honest. Demand an answer from each and every state and U.S. rep and senator. Demand eligibility bills now.

    I saw a byline on the news today that the government is claiming that the states have “No Standing” to bring any challenges or suits against Obama Health Care.

    Gee, do you think they might get it now!!

    …Barry was never legally a US citizen.

    Also…His mother registered him as a foreign born American fraudulently.

    It is the same premise of fruit off the poisoned tree principle. He was born a natural born citizen of Kenya. When he was adopted or acknowledged by hs mother’s Indonesian husband, he became a natural born citizen of Indonesia. His mother and he had to relinquish their US citizenship to live, go to public school, and work there.

    Indonesia did not recognize dual citizenshps. When he renewed his Indoensian passport at 18, he had to take an Oath of Allegiance, renouncing all other allegiances. That is an expatriating act in and of itself.

    He is NOT a Natural Born US Citizen.

    I like this but would like to remind people that Speaker of the House, Boehner, can be reached at: speakerboehner@mail.house.gov. I wrote him today and cited a number of items that should prompt action and ended by asking him if treason and being a traitor will continue to be called “smart political positioning.” Republicans, like Democrats and the mainstream media, continue to think that denial will win the day for them; and then they will start working on making Obama a great ex-President. I want Obama to be an ex-President but an ex-so-called President hussled off to prison where he belongs.

    We,The People know that American Citizens are getting the Shaft in regards to this U.S. President that in my opinion,has Greatly Divided this Country.In Spirit,I personally don’t believe he is a Naturalized U.S. Citizen.They ALL from both Sides of the Isle,with maybe the Exception of a Few that Actually Believe in Taking their Oaths to GOD,seriously are NOT Worthy of Holding Public Office Positions.The Bias Media is in my view,catering to Their Agenda Wishes,in Hopes to Destroy this once Great Nation,The U.S. Constitution and Bill Of Rights.Actions Speak Louder Than Words.I believe the Truth is,There is NO Long Form Birth Certificate,Nor was He Born on American Soil as Required from the Founding Fore-Fathers,etc…It helps to Explain why theres’s All the UnGodly changes that are Currently Taking Place in America.We,The People know the Truth with this Administration.Impeachment is the Answer to Justice and In Restoring Our Freedoms,along with Repeal of UnConstitutional Healthcare Reform,etc…*** IN GOD WE TRUST *** (not Obama)*** Free LTC Lakin ASAP,his Family Voted for This President for God’s sake,wheres’s The Justice from The U.S. Surpreme Courts ? ***
