Dr. Taitz
I am confused, and you are probably one of the only people in the world who can help me.
I don’t understand why you and your group are not protesting and up in arms about Sen. Ted Cruz running for President of our country. You spent over 7 years going after President Obama, yet you are strangely quiet about Sen. Cruz.
When you get a moment, would you please explain to me why you went after President Obama, and you have not said anything about Sen. Cruz. Who, as you know was born in Canada.
Now, I can tell you what I think. But, you might accuse me of using the race card.
I look forward to hearing from you, and have a nice day.

please, read my web site, OrlyTaitzESQ.com. I wrote hundreds of articles stating that Cruz is not eligible and questioning whether any of the presidential candidates will be willing to sue Cruz, as not eligible. None were willing to become plaintiffs against Cruz.
When Obama ran for office, I represented former UN ambassador, one of the most prominent African-American Leaders and presidential candidate from American Independent party, Dr. Alan Keyes. He was the only presidential candidate willing to be a plaintiff.
No presidential candidates are willing to plaintiffs today and the courts ruled that only the presidential candidates will have standing to sue.

The new Fox poll showing Hillary beats Trump is
a little deceiving. First it is based on 1000 people..are they registered or likely voters? What is the party affiliation? Are the 1000 representing popular vote or somehow representative of electoral votes? Then Fox had Frank Luntz on to respond to it. The viewer had the distinct feeling Fox pulled the poll out of the hat to create a non topic about which to fabricate synthetic news. Why talk about popular vote when we use the Electoral college? That kind of polling data would be worth hearing. BUT today’s “poll” was like something out of a propaganda bureau in East Bloc Bulgaria.

I assume Trump is waiting to see how Cruz does in the remaining primaries. If it looks like Cruz could take the nomination… doubtful, but still… then maybe Trump would challenge Cruz in all fifty states individually. Winning in just one large state and then the threat of winning at the Supreme Court could force Cruz to withdraw.
The danger is that if this happens and Trump wins his case in say a big state, keeping Cruz off of the ballot there, though legal, it may seem underhanded to do so and Trump would lose votes in the general election.

Bernie Sanders, the Commie candidate is pulling the race card on Orly, accusing her of going after Obama because he’s black. (Actually only half black.) Shame on him, but what would you expect from a Communist?
