    The Philly Mayor should be arrested also for being such a stupid Dimwit. Anybody who did what he did needs to answer to a judge for his actions, even if you are, Dumber than sh*t.

    Someone up there in Philly needs to run against him in the next election.

    Analyst,
    He did shoot back, fired his weapon three times , hit him in the buttocks when he ran away, if you look at the video, the police officer’s door opens, that’s when he returned fire. They caught him less than a block away laying on the ground holding his ass.
