We are waiting to see the final tally in the morning. If McDaniels stays tat 50%, he won the primary election and it is a huge win for the Tea Party and he probably will be the next senator from MS, which is a red state. If McDaniels drops below the 50%, there will be a runoff, which is bad for Cochran as well, as a 6 time senator should have been able to gain at least 50%. His inability to garner 50% in the primary may spell doom in the runoff as well.
