More suspicious activity by the clerks

I just talked to the chambers of Judge Reid. I was told that a motion to bifurcate and for expedited trial filed on October 2 was given to Judge Reid only today. It appears that the clerks downstairs kept it for 6 days. At the same time a motion by the AG to grant additional 6 days to the defense to answer was given to the judge immediately and was granted the same day.
I am still waiting for the ruling on the motion to bifurcate and for expedited trial, for motion to reconsider decision of denying the preliminary injunction and for the signature on the proposed order. I will call the chambers later today to see if any of those were signed.

What is a motion to birfucate? I can not find a definition for the word and am wanting to know what this means.

Orly, remember, if they played by the rules, they’d lose!
