Bottom line “Mr. Obama, you want civility and honest dialog, start with showing respect to American citizens, unseal your papers, end your regime of thug-o-cracy and persecutions of dissidents and of Civil Rights attorneys, than you’ll have a right to utter a peep about honesty and civility.”

You express such common sense, explaining the fraud so well, and ‘hoist Obama on his own petard’: his calling for empathy, civility and honesty, expecially honesty which he does not practice by hiding his long-form birth certificate and other documents. Will the WH send you a form letter thanking you for your interest, your concerns, your support, and etc, or will Obama actually write you a real reply with a believable explanation for his actions of concealment and justify the spending of taxpayers money for all his justice dept lawyers to keep his past hidden?     Judge John M. Roll was presiding over a case (United States of America v. $333,520.00 in United States Currency et al) where it was reported that he was going to rule against the Obama administration. Two days later he is shot and killed. Now he will be replaced with a hand-picked judge by Obama who will rubber stamp anything Obama sends his or her way. Is this what Judge Carter and other judges have been threatened with? Was Rep. Gabrielle Giffords the target or was she collateral damage along with the other unlucky souls? Will Jared Lee Loughner survive long enough to be cross-examined in court? Why did the event, from the sheriff blaming the right to the media blaming the right to the Democrats proposing pre-written bills all seem staged?

    Obama cannot handpick a judge. He can nominate, but the Senate must confirm. Mr. Laughner will only testify if he choses to take the stand – which would be dumb on his part.

    Show me where “it was reported” how the Judge was going to rule. Judges rule against the administration all the time. Your conspiracy theory says more about ypu than anything else.

    Chum, it’s called speculation, analysis, proposition; this what we do when analyzing a bizarre series of events with too many coincidences, especially with so much at stake. You’re being disingenuous saying Obama can’t hand pick a judge. You know he most certainly can. The Democrat majority Senate will rubber stamp anything he wants. And if they don’t, he can recess appoint the judge to get the results he needs. He’s shown himself more than willing to side-step the process with others he’s recess appointed, so why not a judge he needs in place to advance his and his backer’s agenda?

    Judges rule against the administration all the time, but not on decisions as pivotal as this one. He was set to rule against the regime’s ability to seize anyone’s assets using FDR’s gold grab as precedent.
