World Net Daily posted an article about a conference that is being held January 7, 2011 at the Supreme Court regarding Orly Taitz, Applicant v. Thomas D. MacDonald, Colonel Garrison Commander, Fort Benning, et al.

Application (10A56) referred to the Court.

This is the docket number, No. 10A56, for appeal with Justice Thomas (Mac Donald was one of the commanding officers of Connie Rhodes, that is why the original case was called Rhodes v MacDonald et al)

U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land has thrown out a complaint questioning the president’s birth from an Army captain fighting deployment to Iraq and gave a warning to her lawyer, birther maven Orly Taitz.

Land also put attorney Orly Taitz, who represents Capt. Connie Rhodes and is a leader in the national “birther” movement, on notice by stating that she could face sanctions if she ever files a similar “frivolous” lawsuit in his court.

“(Rhodes) has presented no credible evidence and has made no reliable factual allegations to support her unsubstantiated, conclusory allegations and conjecture that President Obama is ineligible to serve as president of the United States,” Land states in his order. “Instead, she uses her complaint as a platform for spouting political rhetoric, such as her claims that the president is ‘an illegal usurper, an unlawful pretender, [and] an unqualified imposter.'”

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) – A soldier set to deploy overseas is challenging her orders, arguing President Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen.

Captain Connie Rhodes’ lawyer and army officials were set to face off in federal court in Columbus Friday but the proceedings stalled.

U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land held an emergency hearing but the captain, a doctor for the Army, wasn’t there.

Her attorney says Rhodes is due at Fort Benning Saturday but was forbidden to leave Fort Riley in Kansas to attend Friday’s hearing.

Orly Taitz, her lawyer, says instead of providing President Obama’s vital records and proving that he is legitimate, the government is “intimidating and harassing” an officer.

“This is a doctor. This is a surgeon- a highly respected member of the community and they’re basically subjecting her to a court martial and possible imprisonment if she disobeys her order and appears at the hearing. This should not be happening to any officer, to any enlisted,” Taitz said.

Captain Rhodes is one of hundreds of service members represented by Taitz, all planning on filing similar lawsuits questioning President Obama’s status as Commander in Chief.

Dr. Taitz took this case to the Supreme Court and the Court has agreed to have a conference on it. Dr. Taitz was also fined $20,000 by the earlier judge for frivolous lawsuits.

All of this will be gone over by the Supreme Court on January 7th.

    Dr. Taitz, as always, thank you for all you do in regard to exposing the usurper Obama.

    I have read that the Obots are stating that Obama’s eligibility is not before the Supreme Court in this petition (if that’s the proper word) but only whether Judge Land and the 11th Circiut were correct in first issuing sanctions and then the 11th Circiut upholding them. They are also saying that just because a case has been distributed for conference does not mean it will put on something they call the discussion list!!!

    Could you please clarifiy that for us that do not fully understand these things?
