Bravo! Once again you are at least one step ahead of them!

Keep the heat on the state of Hawayii, Orly. Give ‘em hell.

It is a Titanic battle and once again you are showing how it is done.

When does the united States have to answer your motion? Will there be a Hearing?

 
Every district court is different. in this court you don’t automatically get an oral argument, it really depends on the judge. federal judges have a lot of power. I don’t know, what Judge Lamberth will do. I am working on an opposition to subpoena. I am hoping for the best, but  preparing for the worst. I want to be ready and prepared for everyeventuality. Bottom line we have to win this battle. Losing is not an option. The question should be, not if, but when.
