November the 22nd, 2010 OPEN SOURCE INTELLIGENCE//OSINT

Mentioned below is one source reporting on a mysterious missile launch off the coast of Long Island, New York two days after a similar mysterious missile launch off the coast of Los Angeles, California. Neither incident was reported by military sources and in fact, the pentagon went to great lengths placing information in the public domain that the “mysterious contrails” were nothing more than returning or in-bound commercial aircraft. Following the below stated material, I will forward additional information further showing that a missile launch in Long Island, NY followed the one off the coast of California.
The fact submarines are functioning off our Nation’s coasts is not new, nor is it newsworthy in or of itself. The fact that a mysterious missile launch occurred off both our Nation’s coasts IS newsworthy, and more! These missile launches were not only NOT reported, but a disinformation campaign went into full swing to steer away any who might be interested in these incidents.
While this is sobering, the fact Mr. Obama took such a cavalier approach (and this is being generous, as many think he took absolutely no approach) is consistent with Obama’s behavior on other matters of national security; i.e. the “Underwear Bomber,” “the New York City Bomber,” “The Fort Hood Shooting.” Adding sadness and concern to this mix is the confusion and consternation in the ranks at the highest levels of our military as what to do…what does this mean…how do you continue to cover-up for a Commander-in-Chief who appears to have an agenda hostile to the security of our Nation, or at the least, is naive and in way over his head?

NYPOST.COM/NEWSCORE – Two days after a mysterious vapor trail appeared at sundown off the Los Angeles coast — triggering fears of an enemy missile attack — a stunning replay occurred in the sky over Far Rockaway in Queens, the New York Post reported Thursday.
A passer-by snapped a photo of a billowing streak Wednesday afternoon at around 5:00pm local time.
Like Monday’s scare on the West Coast, it looked like the exhaust from a just-launched missile.
What caused the contrail visible from the Rockaways also is not known.
“It looked like a rocket,” said the photographer, who added that the plume appeared to the west of the Rockaways.
The local resident said it did not resemble the usual contrails left by planes from nearby Kennedy Airport.
The Pentagon closed the case on Monday’s incident off the California coast by announcing Wednesday that it was just an optical illusion that made a plane look like a missile.
The distorted angle of videotape of it taken by a TV news helicopter led to the confusion, military officials said in Washington.
All other explanations have been ruled out after a 36-hour investigation, they said.
Although conspiracy theories and UFO claims flooded the blogosphere, several scientists said there was little doubt the trail, which appeared near Santa Catalina Island, was caused by a plane.
They said the video indicated the object changed direction and flew at a constant speed, which a rocket-launched missile would not do. Missiles accelerate as they soar into the sky, they said.
