    and what happens when Obama is found to have usurped the Executive Branch? Will this discharge be reversed just as Kagan and Sotomayor will be removed ?

    This is a great opportunity for him to become a congressman, California veterans need to contact him and start the process. Just think of the conversation he could have with those who railroaded him.
    Officers behind this and failing to live up to their oath are committing treason.

    No. Even if found to have usurped (not gonna happened but just for argument’s sake) it will not be reversed, neither Kagan nor Sotomayor will be removed, nor will whatever he’s done be declared null and void.

    Try reading the Constitution and law rather than just making stuff up.

    If Obama’s backers (SOROS & AXELROD & ROTHSCHILD etc) can silence the entire American news-media in a land that prides itself on freedom- he can certainly silence one small voice- Seargant Stein has my deepest respect for being the DAVID to go up against GOLIATH-

    where does it say in the Constitution that illegal laws and illegal executive order cannot be repealed, please enlighten me Paul (or whatever your real name is)

    Having only server 21 years in the USAF, I am sure that the part of the Uniform Code of Military Justice is wrong where it says that any one subject to the code who complies with a illegal order is cuppable for any illegal action that results. Not an exact quote but Paul Jackson dosent want to be confused with facts anyway. Article 90 Uniform Code of Military Justice.

    Gary Stein, IMO, was, and is, fully justified in exercising HIS Constitutional Rights under the First Amendment — to express himself on the pages of Face Book. HE has done NOTHING that is in violation to, or, betrayal of, his SWORN OATH — to honor and defend the Constitution.

    However, above Sgt. Stein, the highest Officers in the chain of command who have also sworn an Oath … a copy of which can be read in a post a few before this: Lt.Col. Dr. David Earl-Graef: an Open Letter to John McCain — are CLEARLY in betrayal of THEIR Oath of Offivce.

    Will the same “military tribunal” that is now deciding the fate of Gary Stein ALSO bring charges against GENERALS? Gen. Praterus and the General who is Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff have BOTH said that they agreed with akaObama that THEY WOULD TAKE ORDERS FROM THE UNITED NATIONS WITHOUT CONSULTING CONGRESsS. THAT is in! DIRECT violation of THEIR Oath of Office — TREASONOUS?

    WHY single out a mere sergeant on something SO trivial when really serious betrayals at the highest level run rampant?

    TWO PEOPLE CAN PUT A STOP TO THIS NONSENSE!
