Military judge Col Denise Lind can be court marshaled, just as judge Clay D. Land can be impeached

I guess we should not be given access to evidence, when a murderer commits the crime now, right? After all it might embarrass them. This judge needs to be removed, and pronto. We need some high ranking military either in or out of the service right now, and get control of this travesty. I’ve had it with them aiding and abetting the enemy.Traitors!

Answer:

A military judge is a colonel, she is part of the military. She can be court marshaled and dishonorably discharged for braking her oath to protect the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.

I believe that, if a large number of members of military would write  to their commanding officers and to Admiral Mulin and Secretary of Defense Gates and demand court martial of Col Denise Lind for breaching her oath of office and violating the Constitutional rights of Lt. Col Lakin, there might be some action.

Bottom line, the strength is in numbers. Gates or Mulin will do nothing if one person files a complaint, however if there is a complaint sign ed by 10, or a 100 or a 1000 members of the military, there is a higher  probability that something will be done, that this Judge Dense Lind will be court marshaled and dishonorably discharged.

How did judge Lind know that unsealing Obama’s records would be embarrassing? Did the judge have ex-parte communications?

To the best of my knowledge and belief, in a military court marshal, there is no writ of prejudice…because I assure you that if I were in Bradley Manning’s boots right now, that is the first thing I would have done: get the female Colonel thrown the Hell off my case on a writ of prejudice. I wouldn’t trust this wretch of a woman to judge a dog show.

Seems to me she is carrying clemency to a pathology when she recently granted Manning 23 days credit for the over 1000 days he has had to rot in the American gulag system awaiting a “speedy” trial. Damn, wasn’t that kind of spreading it on thick?….how about just twenty-three seconds credit for time served, that would be much more like it, don’t you think? Yes, Denise Lind should be court marshalled, stripped of her rank and denied all military pension for life…just like she did Lakin.
