Man pleads guilty; gets 12 years in high school shooting

The second suspect in a Maryland high school shooting that wounded two teenage boys pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree assault on Tuesday and was sentenced to 12 years in prison.

    Wasn’t enough time he should have gotten 40 years and to serve it consecutively with the 12.
