Malihi’s reported CT address of 916 Sturges does not exist, the highest number is 299 Sturges. Who is this man, where did he come from, what did he get in exchange for making a mockery of the court?

I accessed the Town of Westport CT assessor’s office for details of the estate where
Malihi lived:
https://data.visionappraisal.com/WestportCT/findpid.asp?iTable=pid&pid=8923
[what’s strange is that the address give is for 91 Sturges rather than 916. A search on this
database just for the name of the street (Sturges Hwy) showed that the highest numbered
house is 299]
