The link to the 07.13.09 hearing does not exist, so one cannot download or read it. Hope you can fix it.
Also, I have sent via PayPal $100 to help pay for the 10.05.09 transcript.
Thank you so much for your dedication.

Why would a Transcript not be public record?
You say it is $700 for a copy of the transcript? I just don’t understand why? Thanks For all you are doing!!!!
GOD BLESS YOU AND THE USA!!!

Orly, I don’t see any link of your 7/13/09 hearing transcript.
Keep on fighting. I am wondering if it would be better to work with someone as your legal partner other than Kreep. He apparently is not honest with you.
I will send a check to you in a few days.
Blessings, Anne

transcript can be order5ed, but there is a fee for it. If I want to wait for 14 days instead of 7, it is $600, but in such an important case it is not a good idea to wait

Transcripts are Public Records, it is my understanding that the Court Transcriber who sits there and writes it all down is who charges these fees to individuals for copies of it. Correct me if I am wrong, but I think this is where the charge comes from because they write it down or speak it into a machine, in their legealeze shorthand and then they have to transcribe it all into a readable and written format for the Court Records. So they spend much time in typing it all out for the records. They have their charge and I am pretty sure that the Court system probably gets a fee out of it also maybe. Governments and Courts charge for everything any more period, even to make a one page copy of a public record. Their fees are not cheap either.
Orley, thank you again for all of your hard work and we are all praying that this all turns out just, right, correct, and legal finally and all the criminals involved wind up getting their just rewards in all of this corruption. It is just a disgrace that too many people in this country have stooped so low to become this corrupt in the political arena for power and greed and control.
