Letter to Senator Hutchinson
Posted on | June 22, 2009 | 2 Comments
Good Morning Senator Hutchison,
I am asking as one of your constituents for you to demand that Barry Soetoro aka Obama prove his eligibility to the presidency of this great nation. As a conservative republican, I cannot understand why more elected officials demand proof on this topic. I guarantee you that if a republican had won the election and their eligibility was in question, the media and every democrat would be demanding an investigation and the production of any and all documentation in order to determine the republican’s eligibility.
I would also like to ask you to bring awareness of this issue to your fellow colleagues on capital hill. There is a very dedicated and special patriot, Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. who is working hard to get to the truth of this issue. I recommend that you and your colleagues visit her website: ( https://orlytaitzesq.com )
I appreciate your work in Washington to keep the nation on the right track.
Sincerely,
William Rutledge, III

I went one step further and called Senator Hutchison’s office to voice my concern about this issue back in October, 2008. I was told that Obama had been cleared by the DNC and that this was a “non-issue”. I told the gentlemen who made the statement that the DNC could not approve or disprove a candidate, the approval was done by the different states election officials before being approved by Congress. He stated that I was wrong but that he would “note” my concerns. I then sent an e-mail to Hutchison but I doubt that it received any more consideration than the phone call. I have since started working on Governor Perry’s office with letters, e-mails and phone calls questioning the review process that was performed at the state level prior to the election. I have enlightened several of his staff as to the process required for placement on the ballot in Texas. I have a Freedom of Information Act in Austin for information concerning what was submitted as proof that BO was eligible to be on the ballot in Texas but I have run into a brick wall so far with no repsonse forthcomin to date.
