Dear Seema,
 
Re: Your LA Times article about Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq.
 
Who has been discredited?  Obama, the Media, the birthers or Dr. Orly Taitz?
 
You stated:   “Taitz has been a leading voice in the discredited ‘birther’ movement.”
 
May I ask you where the birther movement has been discredited?  You seem to be claiming that it is by fearful politicians who want to be seen as so middle of the road that they miss truth when it comes at then like a Mac truck right down the middle of the road.
 
I have been to both the Sept. and the Oct. 2009 hearings in the Ronald Reagan Federal Court building in Santa Ana and at neither hearing was “DISCOVERY” of the right to see the birth certificate of Mr. Obama granted.  So, the birther movement has NOT even been heard on its MERITS in any court, so far, across the whole USA, as far as I know.  But, the demand for truth grows.  In Sept. 2009 Judge David O. Carter said that this case must be heard on its MERITS and that he would not dismiss this case for lack of “jurisdiction”.  In Oct. 2009 Judge Carter changed his tune and hinted that the case should be taken to the District of Columbia where Obama lives as that would be the court with “jurisdiction”. 
So, Dr. Taitz has taken the case to DC.
 
Experts say that a genuine original birth certificate has the name of the attending physician, the certificate number and the name of the hospital.  Have you seen those three names/numbers on the so-called certificate that is posted on Mr. Obama’s website?  I see a certificate without the necessary proofs of a genuine birth certificate.  I see something any teacher or computer operator with PhotoShop software could design.
 
I see the cry of the people across America getting more and more disgusted & impatient with Mr. Obama’s hiding his important records and being secretative in what he campaigned he was going to be “most open & transparent”.    I see the American people becoming more and more demanding to see the original certificate of live birth and upset that Mr. Obama is reported to have spent over $1.7 million dollars on lawyers to continue to HIDE his birth records, while people in Kenya visit the site where the Kenyans including their Kenyan Ambassador claim that Obama was born.  I see ordinary citizens asking why Obama writes that his father was not an American citizen and Michele, his wife, stating on live TV that they were happy to get to visit Kenya, her husband’s home country.  Those statements discredit Obama’s honesty and promised openness.
 
Seema, have you seen the media become more or less demanding of seeing Mr. Obama’s true records or have you seen the media remain silent and mostly not even touch the subject?  Have you seen the media within a week name most of the women with whom Tiger Woods has associations and yet this same media can’t seem to even want to talk about Obama’s LACK of a birth certificate.  Have you ever wondered who owns the media that seems to cover up for any other president or who tells their reporters that there is one subject that will get you fired if you mention or investigate it?  Do you wonder WHY the media is silent about Obama’s background and digs deeply into other people’s sins?   I see the birther movement growing, the Tea Party growing, the INTERNET messages growing, the crowds growing who demand the truth and who are disgusted with the silent main-stream media on touchy subjects about Obama’s applications for financial aid to colleges, his passports, his multiple social security numbers, his grades, his university papers, his BIRTH CERTIFICATE.  I see the “birther” movement growing and their credibility growing.
Haven’t you observed these things and wanted to report on them? 
 
The only people that I sense have been discredited  by the public are the main stream media and the main TV and Newspapers and Mr. Obama himself.  Subscriptions and listeners have left the old traditional news media by the millions.  People are sick of the lack of truth, the commercials, the so-called not fit for kids or adults entertainment, the politicians, the bribes, the cover ups by the media of the apparent dishonesty in government and the media attempts to cover up facts of Obama’s lack of eligibility to the office of the presidency.  The people are coming out to Tea Parties and getting their news from the Internet, and each other.  The people are discrediting the media and asking for truth about the missing birth certificate which any security guard, cook, gardener or secretary for most any public service employee from the lowest job to being president would have to provide.
 
Please re-examine Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. and her brilliance, her courage, her memory of the facts about Obama and the various attorneys who have filed not one, but 40 or more cases asking the same questions about Obama’s violations of our Constitution by his lack of a natural born citizen birth certificate.  Why do you suppose she gets multiple calls each day from TV and radio stations to come be on their show?  That sure sounds to me like more and more people want to hear about the birther movement and consider Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. the undisputed expert on this subject of Obama’s lack of a birth certificate and respect her as the most creditable one to interview on the success & progress of the birther movement.

    This is so well-written, Eveylyn, covering
    every aspect of this situation; a situation which is completely misrepresented by subversive groups, subversive individuals, and people who are on the ‘fringe’ (themselves) of
    being mentally unbalanced: a fact which
    one readily can see within their venemous outpourings against Dr. Taitz,and indeed, against anyone who has the intellect and the insight to see what is being perpetrated upon Americans and their country.

    It is very disturbing too, after all these years on this planet, to realize that amongst the inhabitants are those who blindly follow the path of misinformation, hatred towards TRUTH and the DELIBERATE rejection of FACTS.

    Amazing, also, is the media covering a sinful golfer, an actress who might want to become pregnant, a suicide of a drug addict in the rock world of music, etc. etc. lapping up this trivia, while someone as dedicated and unjustly accused of so many false actions, (Dr. Taitz) is continually villified by fools and idiots in all walks of life.

    These people who are hate-mongers, who harass and attack without validity, without actually opening their minds to the world around them, are one day going to pay the piper. “Karma” is a non-respector of persons.

    An example is the latest, from Finland, (why does he even care????). He did not assimilate the facts nor all of the proven research, study it, and then make an intelligent decision about this Obama/illegality/criminal/usurper/liar/fraud, person’s true character.

    Why is it so difficult for these mean-spirited people to grasp? Any 6th grader, given the PROVEN RESEARCH, and asked to draw a “therefore conclusion”, could do so within .. oh, let’s say… 25 mins. of classtime.

    The naysayers don’t WANT to see what is going on in this United States of America; there has to be a reason for this, an agenda which is contrary to our Constitution and to our Republic. We have Neo-Nazi groups all over the globe… we have wild-eyed terrorists, and fanatics from all every nation on Earth. They are hidden to their neighbors, but when something as vital as this “Obama case” comes to the forefront, they come out of hiding, long enough to spit out their venom on the attorney, the tea party groups, the Sean Hannity’s and Rush Limbaugh’s.. etc.

    TRUTH is not a trait of their god. Lies and False Accusations are qualities of their god.

    E-mails such as from this Finnish fanatic, should be screened and kept from Dr. Taitz. There is no reason to allow these scumbags to contact her. What they don’t seem to grasp, also, is that Dr. Taitz is only our ‘figurehead’ so to speak.. she is working for the Patriots as their representative. If you are going to become hateful to anyone, let it be towards the millions of us who know what we know. Don’t focus on the lawyer.. focus on the people who have been well-versed in what is going on behind the scenes of Washington, D.C.

    If it were possible, I would hire a secretary to screen, delete and track down these malcontents.

    The TRUTH will have its day.

    Elizabeth,

    Thank you for recognizing that TRUTH is not a trait of the god of those who lie about the birther movement. You are right that those against we birthers is that Dr. Taitz is only our ‘figurehead’ so to speak.. she is working for the millions of we Patriots as our pro-bono representative. Let’s all send Dr. Orly a donation and help pay her filing fees and airline tickets to these court hearings.

    While I was writing to you the phone rang and an attorney from Phoenix phoned to give his moral support and possibly his time also to help Dr. Orly. Then the next call was from a man in VA also in support of Dr. Orly Taitz.

    Americans are speaking up.

    The millions of birthers will win in the end as we come out of the woodwork for Dr. Orly and for Truth.
