Dr. Taitz, I’m doing everything I can think of to support your efforts and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you’re doing. You are a true American hero! I posted the following at www.the912project.com which has over 660,000 members and I also posted it at www.the912project.us which has over 16,000 members (I hope all my facts are correct as far as your efforts, I’ve been following your blog):

 
From my research, my understanding is that when it’s proven that Obama is illegally POTUS and is removed (hopefully thrown in prison), Biden would be acting prez (unless he’s shown to be complicit) only until a new election and someone who is qualified takes over. All of Obama’s appointments (Geithner, Napolitano, etc) would be removed, everything he’s signed would be null and void (executive orders, bills, etc) plus any members of congress shown to be complicit (hopefully at least Pelosi) would also be removed. They have spent very little of the unstimulus (only 5% so far) and Omnibus, what isn’t out the door yet would be frozen. I don’t think we have time to wait until new elections in 2010 so it seems to me that this would be a very good thing to pursue and it would cancel all the chit he’s done so far.

Orly Taitz www.orlytaitzesq.com/blog1/ has a lawsuit/writ that she gave to certain judges of the SC, FBI, etc, etc plus she gave a quo warranto to the US Att’y of DC Jeff Taylor (a good guy). Taylor had a 40 day deadline to file it and was legally obligated to do so but just before the deadline, out of the blue, he resigned his position and now Obama will get to name his replacement…Dr. Taitz is now also trying to find proof that Taylor was forced out (duh) plus she has to start over as far as the quo warranto with the replacement. I believe her actions are the most likely to succeed and I don’t think she will ever give up until she gets her day in court, somehow, some way. She is asking people to contact the US Att’y of DC office to demand they act on the quo warranto. I don’t know who the new guy will be but their contact page is www.usdoj.gov/usao/dc/Contact_Us/index.html so I urge all of you to contact them about this. Go dig around at her site, link above, all sorts of interesting info there including lists of many, many addresses and social security numbers for the usurper illegally in office and ruining our country.

Many lawsuits around this issue have been dismissed but there are still many pending. Grand juries in several states have met and voted to indict, go to https://americangrandjury.org/ for more info. WND is putting up “where’s the birth certificate” billboards. Obama was never properly vetted which is a constitutional duty of congress…a lawsuit against congress has recently been filed. He showed his Certificate of Live Birth which doesn’t prove he was born in Hawaii and has been shown to be forged. He paid almost a million dollars to seal everything else. Even if he could prove he was born in HI, he still wouldn’t be eligible because he had dual citizenship. He went to a school in Indonesia which was open only to Indonesian citizens and he must have had an Indonesian passport when he visited Pakistan because it was at a time when Americans were not allowed into Pakistan. Here is a list of some of his missing or sealed documents:

There is a LOT of action on this and STILL the media doesn’t give it the time of day. I think we also need to pressure the media to report on this and to KEEP reporting on this to keep the pressure on Obama to prove he’s legally the POTUS (which obviously he can’t do)! We could also be pressuring congress and senate and SC and DOJ and FBI and state attorney generals, etc, etc demanding that they DO THEIR JOBS…they work for us and WE THE PEOPLE HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW OUR POTUS IS LEGAL!!! C’mon people, get on board with this…writing about individual bills and how to vote isn’t working but THIS might just be the one thing that could save our country! We could also hold rallies at SC in DC plus courthouses, etc nationwide around this issue (while we still have freedom of assembly). I really believe this is the way to go and we should focus on this issue, what say you?

Our efforts have been so fractured trying to keep up with individual bills, etc. but if we could unite around this one issue in massive numbers and accomplish it, we would solve many or most of the problems at once.

 
 
The above post is getting attention and several comments are from people who have joined in this effort. I have sent emails to my congressman, both senators and all of the main personalities at Fox News so far. I plan to send more emails to more places and then I will follow up with a simpler message to all of them several times/week. Also, I just sent the following to Acting U.S. Attorney of DC, Channing Phillips:
 
Dear Mr. Phillips,
 
Dr. Orly Taitz presented a quo warranto against Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro to your former U.S. Attorney, Jeffery Taylor. It’s my understanding that shortly before the deadline to file, he resigned or retired…this seems very suspicious to me and I’m of the opinion that he was most likely forced out of office. Regardless, your office is still duty bound to follow through with this quo warranto, it cannot be ignored. This quo warranto will stop further illegal and unconstitutional actions by the current administration until the following issues are answered.

    The next Tea Parties for the 4th of July should include some signs about the natural born issue of Obama. Please include one if you go. The major media: network and cable tv, newspapers and magazines are mostly censuring the facts on this from us. We will have to hold them accountable when Obama is finally faced with the constitutional requirements he is avoiding now. I think a national and regional boycott of the media that is withholding the facts from us would be in order. Actually a boycott of their advertisers would be best since that way their revenues will suffer and there is a better likelihood that some of those censurists will go out of business to mislead us no more.

    Just two additions.

    1) The illegality of Obama’s presidency is even more on the surface. If you look into this brief on the concept what is US Natural Born Citizenship

    you will see, that simply put, a person with only one parent a US citizen is not Natural Born by definition, no matter what. Obama’s hidden birth certificate could prove or disprove only his ordinary citizenship and add points of indictment on fraud.

    The simplicity and obviousness of this violation (just one parent a US citizen) is not only shocking and mind boggling by itself. It implies terrible indictments on each and every member of the Congress.

    2) Every last of them committed an act of criminal negligence and complacency at best (not understanding what the Natural Born means), or cover up and treason at worst. The latter is more likely as they did examine the validity of McCain using this very definition, yet uttered not a pip on Obama!

    Strictly speaking no one of them is innocent and worth of its Congressional sit. It has never been so bad! They all must go – at least if you judge them by standard approach of cause and effect and responsibility.

    Or, if to look at it in less demanding terms, here is the very minimum they must do. Each and every Senator and Congressman, disregarding the party, must sign the following declaration.

    I, ____________, the elected official of these United States am responsible that a gross violation of the Constitution of the US took place on my watch. I ought to know better that a person whose only one parent is a US citizen is not a natural born citizen no matter what. Therefore:

    1) I acknowledge that I had overlooked illegality of Obama’s campaign and committed negligence in understanding what the Natural Born Citizenship really means.

    2) To correct the mistake, I shell become a plaintiff in Dr. Taitz law suit claiming illegality of Obama’s presidency.

    3) I shell initiate an impeachment of the impostor.

    Someone needs to run with this eligibili–TEA party. All tea parties need to be re-named this. KUDOS TO IAMANAMERICA….FOR THIS SAYING. This should be on every sign at tea parties.. at all gatherings protesting our corrupt government! We just have to keep it clean so they dont have a reason to have Janet Napalitano (sp?) send her trusty dhs after us. Print this “Eligibili-tea” sign from your computer along with “priciples over politics” and “I will keep my money, you keep the change!” and post them in your car, have lawn signs prited for your yard (bout $12.00 ea in my area) put it on every blog and site you can think of. Paste these signs and saturate every city and town across america. This will get people talking..especially the uninformed ones.

    On his first day in office, January 21, 2009, Obama signed Executive order 13489. This order was entered into the Federal Register on January 26, 2009.
