Mr. O’Donnell,
I viewed your recent interview with Attorney Orly Taitz and was amazed. You made a fool of your self through your blind devotion to your party and to Acting President Barrack Obama. You displayed a high degree of ignorance. You should apologize to Dr. Taitz. She is correct in her beliefs. Here are the facts
Obama is a Usurper
The Constitution, the law of the land, states that to be eligible for the Presidency one must be a Natural Born Citizen. A Natural Born Citizen is one who is born to two parents who are both Citizens. Obam’s father was a citizen of Kenya. Therefore, Obama is not eligible to be President. It makes little difference where he was born. He is still not a Natural Born Citizen. He may not be a citizen at all. It is almost certain that he was born in Kenya. If so, the only way he could be just a citizen of America is through his mother. She could pass citizenship to him regardless of where he was born provided his mother could pass the US residency requirements It’s doubtful she could pass this requirement due to her young age. If he were by chance born in Hawaii, which is unlikely, he would have dual citizenship in the US and Kenya. He would still not be a Natural Born Citizen and not qualified to be the president.
Oboma has committed numerous crimes against the Constitution but our corrupt Justice Department will not bring charges. His most recent problem occurred when it was discovered that he had never been issued a Social Security Card. The card he carries belonged to a deceased person in a state where Obama never lived. Attorney Taitz brought this matter before the courts but the unscrupulous Judge chose not to pursue the facts. This case will be appealed. If facts are confirmed Obama could be sentenced for a federal crime. And even more trouble for Barry. The state of Hawaii is scheduled to be on trial and probably be compelled to release any and all facts they are guarding for Obama. If Hawaii is holding his berth certificate it is his Kenyan Birth certificate of which I have a copy.
These are the facts like them or not. Wise up. Your president is a fake and you have accepted his lies.

Yes it does Malva. And. there are numerous court cases that define it. Congress itself defined it when they vetted John McCain for candidate for presidency. And -Barack Obama himself signed the resolution I b elieve was HR 512 mcCain was eligible b/c his parents both parents were US citizens. Obama’s father was not and never intended to be a US citizen. It does not matter if BHO was born in Hawaii or not and he wasn’t constitutionally eligible to be potus. He mus t be removed and we will do it.

I am totally on the side of getting to the bottom of what I believe is Obama’s fraud. However, I did not think this letter helps our cause.
The letter contains some inaccuracies that were listed as facts:
1.”it was discovered that that he had never been issued a Social Security Card”
This has not been proven.
2.”the card he carries belonged to a deceased person”
This has also not been proven.
3. “The State of Hawaii is scheduled to be on trial”
Again not true.
When our side presents something as a “fact”, it darn well better be a FACT. Any statements to the contrary, only give ammunition to the opposition.
We don’t have to make up truths to win the argument. There’s already more than enough to expose Obama for what he really is.

Malva, run a search: Strunk v Patterson Natural Born Citizen. This was a case where in Jan of this year, the judge CONCLUDED, based on his decision in this case, that Obama was NOT a natural born citizen.

Malva, please read uS constitution article 1 Section 8 clause 11, and, I quote…”Congress shall have the Power To define and punish piracies and felonies committed on the high seas, and offenses against the law of nations;”
there you have it, uninformed person. The law Of Nations is what has defined the citizenship criteria.

To clarify my previous post:
1. The U.S. Constitution could say a “citizen”, a “native citizen”, an “American citizen”, a “native American citizen”, a “naturalized citizen” and/or a “naturalized American citizen” is also eligible to serve as POTUS but it doesn’t – period.
2. Obama’s 2008 campaign web-site, “FightTheSmears” and/or “AttackWatch” could have said Obama is a “natural born Citizen” but they don’t – period.

A “Natural Born Citizen” is any citizen who does not have to be “naturalized” to become a citizen. At least that’s how it’s been defined by practice. There has been no actual decision in any court that defines the term.

NBC, as mentioned in Constitution, means jus soli. So Jim doesn’t have to look it up, it means “right of the soil”, and is the doctrine derived from English common law which defines anyone who is born on US soil as a natural born citizen. This is without question the tested and accepted law – anyone who tells you otherwise is talking out of his ass. RacistJim, for example.
