Letter from the office of the Governor Perry of TX
Posted on | May 14, 2009 | 7 Comments

Somebody asked to post this letter. The problem with this response, is that we went to District Attorneys around the country, they are afraid to institute a criminal complaint against the president. We got following responses:
a. we are just a little DA office, you need to go to the Attorney General of the US, but he does not respond.
b. we are a prosecuting agency, you need to go to the investigating agancy, like police or sheriff. We went to the police in Beaumont. The Chief of police told the reporter Jennifer Johnson from the Beaumont news paper (I believe it was the Examiner) in the interview that they will not investigate forgery, because it is a political question and they will investigate the officer, who investigated the forgery.
Let’s give it one last try. Please visit the office of the DA of the Jefferson county Ms. Mannis. Demand an answer: will they investigate Obama for reported forgery of documents, purgery and fraud? Will they sign a subpoena for production of his vital records? If they tell you, that they would not, please prepare an affidavit, describing the response and let’s go back to Rick Perry tomorrow and demand, that either atty gen Greg Abbott issue subpoenas for all of Obama’s vital records or governor Perry needs to join my legal action as an additional plaintiff. The Supreme court will have no right to deny a hearing, when a governor of the state is a plaintiff, it will be an original jurisdiction and the petition for the extraordinary writ of Mandamus can be heard within a couple of days. Come on TX, last push and let’s finish this nightmare.
Orly

You’re asking Rick Perry to engage in political suicide by joining your case. He won’t do it.
Even if he does though, state officers have no jurisdiction in federal matters.
It’ll get thrown out before it ever gets on the calendar.

This is what is wrong with the Republicans like John Cornyn. They are too afraid of hurting the Democrats feelings. The reason that they do not get elected is that they are too much like the liberal Democrats. They need to stand up for what is right. Everyone knows that something stinks about Barak Obamas birth certificate but no one is man enough to stand up and ask the question. Where is your original birth certificate?
