    This is a little off our main topic, but I thought many of you would want to know this.

    BREAKING NEWS: Senator Leahy (and Harry Reid) is trying to HIDE the “HATE BILL” IN PENTAGON BUDGET (National Defense Authorization Act). The Democrats are trying to rush the anti-faith so-called Hate Crimes bill to the floor of the Senate THIS WEEK!

    They are trying to bypassing the regular process and attach Hate Crimes S. 909 (it was HR 1913 in the house) as an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act bill which Congress (S. 1390) which must pass in order to fund our military.

    Staffers for Senator Carl Levin (D-MI) then admitted the homosexual bill could be attached and voted on as early as Wednesday (7/14/09) or Thursday (7/15/09). We need to act immediately.

    By hiding the hate bill as an amendment to Pentagon spending, moderate Democrats (and all but two Republicans) are faced with a difficult choice: either pass the Pedophile Protection Act (Hate Crime Act) or STOP PAYING OUR TROOPS serving overseas. Faced with a “poison pill” many moderates may falsely claim they have no choice but to swallow. We must demand they take a stand! We’ve identified 16 Democrats (plus the new Senator from Minnesota, Al Franken), who have NOT YET committed as co-sponsors to the hate bill.

    Talking Points:

    1. I am very disappointed that the Senate is fast-tracking the Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2009 (H.R. 1913) by attaching it as an amendment to the Defense Authorization bill. (This bill is suppose to pay our Troops, this is very unfair way to try to pass a bill…it is just wrong!). If they continue to try to attach to this bill; it needs to be voted down.

    2. This Hate Crimes bill is so controversial that it must be considered as a stand-alone bill, not rushed as an amendment.

    3. I oppose the Hate Crimes Prevention Act and urge you to oppose it as well. It is an attack on faith and family while granting special rights based on “sexual orientation” and “gender identity,” terms which are not even clearly defined in the bill.

    Sexually deviant behavior should not be protected by the law. Please OPPOSE AND FILIBUSTER any amendment similar to S. 909.

    NOTE: In response on the House floor, Congressman Alcee Hastings (D-FL) not only admitted it would, but defended that all 547 psychoses SHOULD be defended by this new law, saying, “This bill addresses our resolve to end violence based on prejudice and to guarantee that all Americans regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability or all of these ‘Philias’ and fetishes and ‘isms’ that were put forward need not live in fear because of who they are. I urge my colleagues to vote in favor of this rule.”

    This “Hate Crime” bill (amendment) does NOT protect women and children against MANY sexual crimes!!!

    I think that Keith Olbermann is a jack ass and BO is a con man who so far got away with the crime of the century. BO is the biggest liar, fraud usurper ever. Anyway even though it was negative reporting, the word is getting out about the situation and Orly’s name is soon becoming a household name. Maybe this may get people to look it up on the internet to get the real facts.

    Not so fast there. If you are, as we strongly suspect, not constitutionally qualified to be the President and CiC, you aren’t qualified to rescind an order either.

    If Maj Cook and Dr Taitz fall into your trap and drop the suit they have tacitly agreed that you have the authority to issue a lawful order.

    BUT If Maj Cook and Dr Taitz continue the suite based on your original illegal order and assert that you do not have the legal authorty to overturn the illegal order to send his unit to Afghanistan what happens?

    All those people who accused Maj Cook of being a combat-avoiding-coward lose any credibility that they may have had by insisting that putting his career and future life on the line was only to slither out of a combat assignment.

    Now he’d be suing to be lawfully sent TO combat. What could you do? Issue another illegal order to rescind the illegal rescinding of the first illegal order? Puh-lease.

    Sorry, Mr Obama. Your only choice now is to show your legitimate birth certificate and have everything you have signed into law, and every appointment you have made as alleged president instantly rendered null and void, or you can step down and hope they remain in force.

    I don’t know who this “keith olbertman” is… nor do I know what MSNBC is… I don’t know ANY of these people, or venues since they do not ask the questions I want to have answers to… If somoene will seek answers to the questions I have… I will recognize their existance… thank you Dr Taitz.

    It does appear that Mombassa Man’s house of cards is beginning to self destruct.

    Since Olberman said such awful things about the Major and Dr. Taitz is there a possibility of filing a civil suit for slander? That would certainly cause more media frenzy and probably give more press about the eligibility issue.
