Just as it was with Obama, all cases against Cruz were dismissed on technicality, not one single case was adjudicated on the merits. Ask yourselves, why?

If the government allowed any of them to move forward, then that would mean your cases against the imposter would be legitimized. As long as he is in office, I would expect this because they are worried they will end up like Scalia.

I think eyeballnews is 100% correct.

It’s called judicial despotism. We are not recognized as citizens if we never are allowed “standing” in a courtroom. Where is our due process?

It’s clear to me that someone is trying to destroy our constitution— the U N and the crooked judges? They knew in 1961 that Barry would be president one day. So this started back then! Probably the UN and George soros working with the communists!

This is certainly pertinent because Raphael Cruz was born in Cuba and came to this country and married Eleanor E Darragh supposedly in Louisiana before the two moved to Calgary where Ted was born. There is a divorce in 1997 in Harris County Texas but it is a listing only and no other info. Ted has shown he is a master at hiding family information.
Birth Abroad to One Citizen and One Alien Parent in Wedlock
A child born abroad to one U.S. citizen parent and one alien parent acquires U.S. citizenship at birth under Section 301(g) of the INA provided the U.S. citizen parent was physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for the time period required by the law applicable at the time of the child’s birth. (For birth on or after November 14, 1986, a period of five years physical presence, two after the age of fourteen, is required. For birth between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a period of ten years, five after the age of fourteen, is required for physical presence in the United States or one of its outlying possessions to transmit U.S. citizenship to the child.) The U.S. citizen parent must be the genetic or the gestational parent and the legal parent of the child under local law at the time and place of the child’s birth to transmit U.S. citizenship.

The point above in this instant here is no derivative citizenship for Ted.

Looks to me like Cruz is a man without a country, since he renounced his Canadian citizenship. He has no documentation to prove that he is an American citizen, and from what I’ve read, his mother cannot prove that she is an American citizen, either. I think it’s ludicrous that nobody has standing to sue him for not meeting the constitutional requirements for “natural born citizen.” If he or anybody else succeeds in taking Trump out of the running for President, then perhaps Trump will file a suit, because he certainly does have standing. Of course the court is perfectly capable of throwing out any suit on the basis of some other ridiculous technicality.

Folks, don’t forget that being “granted citizenship” is far different than “BEING” a “Natural Born Citizen.
