Today we had a hearing in Damon Dunn case. The case is scheduled for jury trial for June 6.

    Orly:…hmmm…I’m wondering if you might approach your (eligibility) case in a different way? How about going for a “jury trial?” Is that a possibility?

    The Dunn case, as it appears, is going to have a “jury trial!” Can the case of the “Obo-Pansie-[Powder-Puff]-Prez” be arranged, thusly? Of course, make sure that you have everything in “Pink” in the court room, to accomodate The “Spin-Doctor,” to make him feel “comfortable”! LOL!

    And it appears that the Supreme Court (Supreme-???…at what? Being treasonous? Con-artists? Gutless? Bought and paid for?) doesn’t have the “breeding” to “perform their major duty”!

    I think we need a law that does (2) things: A) Limit the judges tenure! And…B) Fire them, if they allow treason to even start!!!
    And you know what, Orly, I’m wondering if they took their “que” from Boehner, not to exercise their Patriotism, to help protect America and the Constitution!

    I sent him a major email with “lots of info” that should make him “reverse” his decision, thinking that Obama was born here…etc.! And it was written by the people that Boehner doesn’t like–The Birther Report! This is the email I sent off to you and another member of Congress, as well.

    I’m beginning to wonder if he’s a “blue-blood”…or a “Red, White, and Blue blood”?? As I understand that he doesn’t like Rand Paul, A Christian, Patriotic Birther!

    Afterall that “hoopla” to do something about all the “garbage” you and America have put up with, one would think that we could find “Mr Smith Goes To Washington”…?

    And I’d suggest to Mr. Boehner that he “do his job”- FORTHWITH! Unless he wants the public to see “who’s really being negligent?”

    I will pray for You and your Case with Dunn! Be very cautious in selecting the jury! No athletes…or anyone with association with Dunn, Obama, etc.!

    Man, I wonder whatever happened to a “speedy trial,” in cases like this?

    Really, Orly? Election fraud is a crime, and Damon Dunn has not been charged with any such crime. What kind of trial are you referring to?

    Phil, if you had ever read the Constitution that you so often refer to you’d know that it provides for life terms for federal judges. It also very clearly defines the crime of treason, and guess what – no one has committed it lately!
