I recently went to a museum and learned about how the State Department prevented the immigration of Jews during the Holocaust just by using stalling tactics. There were quotas for Jews fleeing the Holocaust and the State Dept. managed to meet only 7% of those quotas just by staling. And I think that is what is happening here. The legal system is well aware of the legality of your argument and stalling seems to be one of the methods to avoid being accountable for their actions.

    What we have going on here is obstruction of justice, and dereliction of duty, all wrapped up in a conspiracy to commit fraud by the judicial branch of this illegitimate government. When elected officials violate their oaths of office, “they no longer represent the US government”. Automatic resign, but do any of them know that? Apparently not.
