I believe that at this point Trump does not need to issue Jackson style emergency orders. His attorneys need to drag their feet until Gorsuch is confirmed by the whole senate, hopefully around March the 22ndView Post

    Arrest this damn “so called” judge. Evidently the bummer is pushing this, he should be arrested also.

    Jesus!! This is a new one on me. I’ve must’ve been asleep when they amended the Constitution granting judges authority over immigration! The corrupt in this country are really testing the patience of the American people. This cowards hide behind their black robes to legislate from the bench and screw the American people.
