    This could be Great.

    Dr. Orly taitz, Esq., you have given Judge David O. Carter a lot of NEW SOLID, BONAFIDE, AND UNREFUTED EVIDENCE to Consider when he when he makes his NEW RULING on you case.

    With everything that you have given Judge Carter this time around, I believe JUSTICE WILL BE DONE.

    Sadly, taking the matter under submission seems to imply that he does not want to hear from the parties and that he has already made up his mind.

    Not necessarily…if Carter didn’t want to address this, properly, he wouldn’t have decided to make a decision on Orlys’ case. He could’ve just denied any attempt to “re-address” this case, IMO!

    the fact that he isn’t allowing oral arguments is not good news for you, it’s almost certain that this will be denied AGAIN. I used to work in this courthouse and know all the tricks of the judges.

    Not to be pessimistic,
    but..

    remember when Carter seemed to
    be on our side,

    and then did a complete reversal
    w/o any logical reason, except that
    he may have been threatened, bribed
    or gone brain dead w/o just cause!!

    Let’s all give the EX-Marine, Judge David O. Carter another chance.

    Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. has Filed a lot of New Hard Hitting Evidence in Judge Carter Court.

    The Doctor sooner or later is going to find a JUDGE that going to let JUSTICE prevail in his COURTROOM.
