Who is going to televise the hearing? Can we see it on the Internet? Will it be archived so if we miss it we can see it at a later time?

Wasn’t the hearing last week televised or videotaped? When will that be posted?

What has changed since July 16, 2009, in U.S. District Judge Clay Land’s courtroom in Columbus, Georgia? He would not allow us to bring so much as a camera-less cellphone into the courtroom, lest we record something, such as the gasp in the courtroom when he announced his verdict – or was it AG Eric Holder’s verdict?

Judge Nishimura allowing a TV camera doesn’t smell right to me. Why would she do that?

As a PSA in the public interest? She is a hostile judge, and I don’t think she would allow the public to watch the trial if there were any possibility of the Reciprocal Subpoena being carried out on the Hawaii DOH.

As a record of an historic event? Maybe, if she makes it an event.

As an announcement to the world that the State of Hawaii refuses to release a record of consuming public interest, even in response to a subpoena? Probably.

As a public telecast of the bout for the ages, Taitz v. Nishimura, where she expects to do a smackdown body slam to end Taitz’s challenge of Obama? Yeah, that sounds about right. Ego only trumps cash if there is no money to be made, and all the spotlights on this event mean that Nishimura can’t possibly take any money for it.

But IMO, she wouldn’t allow it to be televised unless she planned to benefit somehow from the publicity (or the notoriety, like Judge Lance Ito).

Will our congress bring charges of Impeachment on Obama to be tried in the Senate if there is proof he is not a U.S. citizen sitting in the White House. Probably the answer will be No.

If he is not a U.S. citizen and has had access to all top secret information as well as assess to all parts of our national security does he get accused of Spying since he is in locations off limits to terrorists and we are at war. He could be tried as a spy and sent to cuba.

If he has no SSN, he most likely does not have a greencard or it expired long ago if he went to college on a foreign scholarship and is now here illegally all this time and would not have any certificate of actually applying to become a U.S. citizen. But Marrying Michelle would at least let him stay in the United States but he still might need a green card.

He seems to work very hard to overturn our Immigration laws at every chance he gets. Why?
    He’s very soft on illegals.

The Democrats should all be tried for aiding and abetting an Illegal alien if he is proven to not have a social security number and not be a citizen by law.

I have an internet copy of what shows to be his Kenyan birth certificate from 1961. Clearly has his name and parents information on it. The hospital in Kenya issuing his BC shows his foot prints and republic of Kenya on it. The paper looks very old and has slight rips in the folds with reddish brown rust stains associated with age of paper.

Does anyone come forward from his childhood in the U.S. and say they know this kid and went to school with him? Not yet. Has anyone come forward and said they went to his and Michelle’s wedding as a guest or took part in the ceremony? Not yet.

Judge Nishimura rules a State of Hawaii court and must comply with the Freedom of the Press law in Hawaii courts called Extended Media Coverage, if some media bothered to demand access as required by law. Molokai Advertiser-News would have been there demanding public access IF we had at least a day’s notice of the expedited hearing, but we will report of it when we get the info http://www.MolokaiAdvertiserNews.com

Yes, we all want to know what TV news is covering the hearing being held today. What TV station is covering it ?
