   As I listened and watched on Sebelius c-span3 online yesterday the ONE thing that got my attention (and NOT in a good way) was at 51:30 minutes into this Q & A Sebelius said the following: “the Law was passed by both Houses of Congress.” Really??? Really?????? Now how in all that is holy how could that possibly be when the “law” a/k/a ocare was started in the U.S. Senate in the dark, behind closed doors and Pelosie stated: “you have to pass the Bill FIRST in order to know what’s in it!!!” Of course the U.S. Senate was controlled by Dem’s and of course it was created and passed by Dem’s behind closed doors. Then shortly after this dem bill ocare was challenged and SCOTUS said oop’s this Bill is a Commerce Bill and the fines in it are actually “taxes.” Well, according to our Constitution ALL Bills with defined TAXES have to be started, created, voted on “OPENLY” and ONLY in the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES and then the Bill from the House of Reps moves on to the U.S. Senate for the voting process AND to be read openly and voted on. Did that happen?? NO IT DID NOT!!!

   This is what REALLY happened after SCOTUS relabeled fines to Taxes! Remember O going on TV daily (so what else is new huh?) screaming that the fines in ocare are fines and NOT taxes? LOL I thought for sure he was gonna have a coronary over Robert’s opinion at times. But then Reid “saved the day.” He took a Vets Housing Bill that had been collecting dust on his “hold” pile of Bill’s from the House of Reps and, he renamed the bill (you got it) Ocare and then he gutted the body of the Vets Housing Bill with ocare as well. Nice huh? That means that every vote in the House of Reps that voted for the Vets Housing Bill was disenfranchised, wiped out and disregarded. OH YEAH and the House of Reps was controlled by Dems as well at that time as well. I remember a few Senators complaining loudly about the above issue but I saw a video where Reid said: “oh this type of thing is done all the time.” Really??? Really?????

   So not only was Sebelius dishonest in stating: “the ocare law was law and was passed by BOTH House’s of Congress, she in my opinion showed me what kind of a “”Puppet”” she truly is.” In God’s name I am sure that our founding fathers (and NOT our founding founders) must be rolling in their graves to see such garbage come out of D.C. a/k/a the national sewage plant of democratic pottyticians. One lies and the other one attests to it, so be it and then it becomes law. Amazing!!!

   The above is why during Cruz’s fillibuster/non-fillibuster he said: “we (the House of Reps) were NOT allowed the privilege of voting up or down on the Ocare Bill, because it was created, voted on behind closed doors and no one NO ONE was allowed to read it before it was passed. I sure do WISH he would have gone ONE step further and explained why to “we the people!”

   Why won’t ANY and I mean ANY journalist or news station/paper/online reporters report on this???? I am just your every day common U.S. Citizen who loves my country, Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, Emancipation Proclamation, etc. But now, our country is becoming so broken internally that I don’t think even Dr. Carson could ever begin to stop the internal hemorrhaging.
