Recently Reporter Sharon Rondeau wrote that she received information that on Friday 03.21.20014 AL Supreme court will render a ruling in an appeal of a case filed before the election by a voter and a minor candidate challenging Obama’s legitimacy and seeking a certified copy of Obama’s Birth Certificate from the Secretary of State. The case was dismissed by the lower court and the appeal was filed with the Supreme Court of AL, which sat on this case for a year.
Since it was a year already, with or without any sources, it is reasonable to believe that the decision will be provided soon. Attorney Taitz has no connection to this case. It was filed in the lower court by 2 Al lawyers and one more lawyer joined them in the appeal case.
We are hoping that AL Supreme court will rule in favor of the plaintiffs. If it happens, it will be a great boost to the issue and to a number of cases filed around the country, however the public should be prepared not to be discouraged in case the decision is rendered for the state. In the past 5 years we’ve seen a number of courts refusing to hear this case on the merits. The case could be denied for a number of reasons, which should not bear on other cases. Some of the weaker parts of the case include the fact that the presidential candidate on the case, is a write in minor candidate, AL statutes do not specifically provide for relief requested, the case deals only with the birth certificate and does not address the issues of Obama using a stolen CT SSN and other fabricated IDs and it is somewhat a matter of concern in that the court sat on this case for a year without rendering an opinion. If the court was really concerned about the usurpation of the presidency, why didn’t it render an opinion within an month or two, why wait for a year? There is a possibility though that the AL Supreme court wanted to render an opinion close to the midterm elections, which might explain the delay. Also, even if the Supreme court remands the case to the lower court for reconsideration, the requested relief might not give us a resolution of the issue, as the plaintiffs asked for a certified copy only, not the original document. If a complicit official certified a forgery before, what is to prevent him from certifying a forgery again? It is not clear why plaintiffs asked for a certified copy instead of asking for an examination of the original in lieu of the evidence of forgery in the copy made public on whitehouse.gov.
At any rate attorney Taitz wanted the public to be prepared for any outcome, no matter what. If the court will rule to remand, the mainstream media will probably not report on it much, if at all. On the other hand, if the court will confirm the decision of the lower court, the media will have a field day with it. So, attorney Taitz is asking the public to stay focused and stay strong whatever the decision will be. We have to keep fighting until we win and until the issue of Obama’s stolen SS and fabricated IDs is heard on the merits and finally prosecuted.

I do not know what is in the minds of these judges. Most are afraid to rule against the sitting pres. Often they wait for another judge to make the first move, to be the trailblazer, this might be the reason for a year delay. judge do not live in a vacuum

That does sound like a major cop-out, asking only for a certified copy, when we already know that hawaii officials had no qualms certifying an obvious forgery. Not well thought out at all; or intentional misdirection.
