New York (CNN) — The Indian diplomat whose arrest sparked a diplomatic row with India has again been indicted by the federal government and faces arrest if she returns to the United States, federal prosecutors said Friday.

    She was not acquitted, Dr. Taitz. A judge dismissed the case due to diplomatic immunity and a new new indictment was issued. Dismissal and acquittal are not the same thing.

    if the case was dismissed due to diplomatic immunity, why file another case? It will be dismissed again
