I just submitted a comment to MSNBC regarding how rude Dylan Ratigan was to Dr. Orly. I mentioned how Dylan sounded like he was applying Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” to shut up the opposition. I asked that they be more courteous to their guests.
Fight on, brave American!

Dr. Orly, Just watched your show with Ratigan. You packed so much information in the media in such a short amount of time. You looked lovely and were so smooth. Thank You Orly! YOU ARE THE (WO)MAN!!!!!!!

Orly, I thought you did VERY well in that interview, considering that the rude guy doing the interviewing didn’t want you to get a word in edgewise! But you did, and you managed to mention the California case and where it’s at right now. BRILLIANT! Then you smiled politely as Mr. Man made a complete @$$ of himself! All that will do is convince more patriotic Americans to join our cause. Congratulations! You are the most brave, amazing woman I’ve ever seen :-). Thank you for all of your hard work – I know many, many people around the world are cheering you on!

Orly you did great on that show. MSNBC is full of the Fringe left wing nuts and they can’t stand truth. You looked great

Dr. Orly, you did fantastically well in that interview! Your gracious and pleasant smile was a great foil for this low-life elitist pretending to interview you. And then, the nerve of him to accuse YOU of lying when he was lying by showing that fake COLB…MSNBC was of course out to sandbag you, but they didn’t.
It must be so difficult to go on TV and know that they are going to try to beat you down, and yet you keep your cool and disseminate facts while you have time. That Ratigan guy was condescending and downright rude. He will get what he has coming to him, which is financial ruin when the truth comes out. MSNBC will be out of business, and hopefully all of their affiliates as well.
Congratulations on your hard work, and I am sorry to hear about the judge sanctioning you. However, I hope it means that you are entitled to full discovery via Rule 11. Mario Apuzzo believes Judge Land was way out of bounds, and we all know he is a traitor to this country. I sent him a letter today.

No, he didn’t sanction me, he only threatened to sanction me if I bring a third such action in his courtroom. I wish he would’ve sanctioned me, then indeed I could get discovery. The most simple answer, if Obama is indeed legitimate, why did the military revoke the orders for Major Stefan Cook? Each and every person around the world with above idiot IQ got the point, that the military had nothing to show for and that is why they revoked the orders. Now what does it say about the IQ of all of the reporters for AP, CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, MSNBC, who couldn’t get the point?

Orly,
I’m not an attorney, but this language is very plain:
Judge Land isn’t offering discovery, he isn’t offering you a chance to file a third case.
Land has determined that your Motion for Reconsideration is frivolous. He’s giving you until October 2nd to show to the Court’s satisfaction reasons why it should not impose a $10,000 penalty. Nothing more, nothing less. Ignore it at your own peril.
Regarding Major Cook and your assertion that his orders were rescinded, you might be more genuine if you included the fact that Cook is a Reservist, and had the option to deny deployment after he requested it. The Army considered your actions with Cook as just such a request, although certainly non-standard.
