If you recall, I ran an editorial yesterday stating that Congress should subpoena Lew and Obama to testify regarding contingency plans. Today Obama is stating that they are evaluating contingency plans in prioritizing payments in case the debt ceiling is not raised. They have to make those contingency plans available to Congress and U.S. citizens ASAP
