This is a brilliant pleading, using precedent of the judge’s own actions in Agudas v Russian Federation, whereby the judge argued he has the power to compel the President of the Russian Federation to produce certain documents, to make the argument now also that he has the power–according to the logic of his own legal ruling–to order discovery with regard to the documents being withheld by the American president, Barack Hussein Obama. Brilliant, just brilliant. |

Is it even possible for one to refute the beauty and wisdom of their own words and thought processes?
We’ll see how the worm turns.
