We have no proof of where Obama was born. Anyone who claims that he was born in Hawaii is suffering from COLB Derangement Syndrome. Hawaii never confirmed that he was born in Hawaii, never confirmed that he has a Hawaiian long-form birth certificate or any other US birth certificate on file, or even if they have anything tangible beyond a computer record.
Most of all, Hawaii confirmed that they never released a copy of Obama’s COLB to anyone in June 2007.
Einstein could have called himself, “Humpty Dumpty,” and hid his face, but that would not change the fact that he discovered E= mc2. Likewise, Obama’s 2007 COLB would be just as nonexistent as if I had never discovered that it was nonexistent. But, it is a good thing that I did.
It’s positively amazing the amount of effort that people have expended in defense of this piece of crap COLB image that the Poseur-in-Chief now admits to posting online. There is only one reason why, after more than a year, that only one scan image of one side only has ever been made from what is alleged to be Obama’s 2007 COLB: it doesn’t exist. Obama’s 2007 COLB is a forged fake, fabricated in Photoshop, and nothing that anyone says or does can change that fact.
There is absolutely no reason, whatsoever, that the Obama Campaign would not make another, more detailed scan, including one of the reverse side of the COLB, and send that out to quiet critics. No reason, EXCEPT that the document does not exist in the real world. It only exists in the unreal, virtual world of Photoshopped fakes.
BTW, a digital photo is not the same thing as a scan image, and it most certainly cannot be used to validate a scan image. Certainly not when the document object is photographed at a steep angles from the capture device (which were intentional).
Remember that Factcheck.org did not take a digital photo of the reverse side (all that Factcheck photographed was only 1/4 of the entire back page, and only 2/3 of the Seal). Why was so little of the back page shown? Because what was photographed belonged to a different COLB!! Check it out for yourself: the Seal on the reverse side does not match the one on the front side. It is one of several, new discoveries I’ve made after revisitng the Factcheck photographs.
A year later after the bogus scan image was posted, THAT is exactly what people are still talking about. They are referring back to the original forged image on Fight the Smears and Factcheck. They are quoting Factcheck — the co-conspirator in this birth certficate scam — as having “verified” the bogus “scan image.”
Recall that Factcheck claimed they photographed the same object that the Obama Campaign scanned two months earlier.
They took these photos SOLELY IN DEFENSE of the scan image that they alleged to have “validated,” and to fend off the widespread criticism of the COLB as a forged image. However, they failed to “debunk” the critics. This was all part of an elaborate ruse to create the illusion that Obama had released his genuine, certified original birth certificate to the public.
What is hard to believe are the people in high places who actually believe that this document exists, but of those, here is a segment who also discount it as being proof of where Obama was actually born. COLBs are incredibly easy to get with little documentation required. And, yes, it is a well-documented fact that Hawaii was giving COLBs to foreign-born children.
But the bottom line is that the original “scan image” is what people are still talking about today, and it is an indisputable fact that Obama, or anyone else, does not have a genuine 2007 COLB document. What is posted online is as bogus as a four-dollar bill.
Obama ascended to the position of President by fraudulent means, including document fraud, Internet fraud, voter fraud, and campaign funding fraud, to name a few. The only question at hand now is whether he will be removed by invalidating his election, or by the articles of impeachment. If I were a Democratic Congressman, and I was going to be implicated in this fraud, I’d be calling for impeachment in a New York minute.

Great letter Miriam.
I have been saying this for the longest time since I first saw those FactFake pics, that it seesm they used 2 or more COLBS to get those pics.
The shadows, folds, angles, etc MAKE NO SENSE until you dig deeper.
When you look at some pics compared to others there is lines of info missing.
ALSO here is something else that has had very little mention. Maya Soetoro Ng O’Bushama’s half sister was bornin Indonesia yet she has a Hawaii COLB I wonder if that COLB also sasy she was born in Honlulu.
By his own Admission BO is not qualified as Natural Born Citizen he said that he was Kenyan from Birth.
By his own admission he representing the Communist Party at least for his first election in 1996. He signed a contract and REPRESENTED the New Party of Chicago which is the American Communist Party.

Have you ever seen any of the pictures from his childhood years?
There is one in particular in which people are wearing leis and flowery outfits.
And when you open it up in your computer, there’s a photoshop code.
I have a friend who uses photoshop who said that the flowery outfits were colored in and had flowers drawn on them using photoshop.
It’s laughable that most people with a brain can figure out that he’s a fraud and others are still in love with him.

In reference to political party requirements to call for “impeachment” may I say this whole scenario has nothing to do
with “party affiliation” It has to do with the “Constitution” In my humble opinion a crook is a crook and needs his/.her day in court.
Let a jury decide.

By posting Ron Polarik’s comment, you have subjected your expert witness to a Daubert motion. Why do you do this? Have you never tried a case with an expert witness before? The post reveals his bias rather than scientific facts, and makes his expert report vulnerable to a motion to strike. Because that is the only explanation why you would make your expert’s personal bias so public.

Thank you “Ron Polarik” for your thorough, expert analysis of the online COLB. You seem to be more qualified than snopes (just joking). I am concerned about calls for impeachment. Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution provides for impeachment for the president. As BO/BS has admitted, he was a British subject at birth and therefore never was, is, or ever will be the president. Beyond that, he usurped the office by fraud. Therefore, impeachment is not the remedy. By calling for impeachment, people are inadvertently allowing themselves to admit that BO is the president. If Congress were to impeach BO, they would then be, from the start, admitting that he was the president. Even a charge of treason may not fit this case, as it implies an act against one’s own country. If BO turns out, in this bizarre nightmare, to be an illegal alien, and was acting out of allegience to a foriegn power, then perhaps treason doesn’t fit. This seems less of a concern than calls for impeachment, but is worth mentioning.
Article II, Section 1. No Person except a natural born Citizen…shall be eligible to the Office of President
Article II, Section 4. The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Why would anyone submit forged documents? Many experts have examined them and concurred that they are frauds. Among the many reasons that has to be resolved is Constitutionally we have no president at the moment, but say for instance this was another product. Would you bet your life on fraudulent drugs not examined by the pure, food and drug act? Would you like to fly on an airplane that had some bogus parts on it? Bogus breaks on your car? The list could go on and on.
This whole issue is about our Constitution which is in place for all of us. The government does not own it to do as they will. The other part of the issue is lying, submitting bogus documents to get votes is a fraud put another way lying.

What bothers me is that Orly, along with her experts have more than enough evidience to prove obama a nut, a fraud, a liar and committing treason yet all the nut jobs on capital hill deny it. They ALL broke the law and are getting by with it yet if I pay my taxes late I pay a penalty. If I get a speeding ticket I pay for it. If I do not pay my taxes I can be thrown in jail. The corrupt gang on the hill will use our constitution when it benefits them and will use it against us when they see fit……..the rest of the constitution they just laugh at it, walk on it and they get by with it. It amazes me that the amount of proof that our government is corrupt yet noone higher up, lawyers, law enforcement officers or our military leaders have the balls to take on the issue, expose freakybama and micHELL and send them off to spend their life at gitmo without internet, tv any commuication and only bread and water. I still say gitmo is being closed for a reason because they have planned future use for it….. maybe capturing the main people that are against the government (you know, the ones that can actually expose them of corruption) and take them to gitmo for life. I personally want to challenge any one person that has the ability that has power, to step forward and help orly and be the hero along with her. Can you imagine the fame these two people would have for saving America? Can you imagine foxnews ratings if they reported Orly’s findings and Obama was exposed? Geez, the other msm then would be out of business because the trust in abc, nbc, cbs, msnbc etc. would have fizzled to a negative number. I still have the hope that the ONE person is out there and will join forces with orly to be successful! but it wont happen unless we spread the word faster. Do you suppose that a contest could be held for the first person to find an attorney, law enforcement offical or Military leader to be brave enough to step forward? a website could be created taking donations (collecting hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars) to pay to the one person that found that brave sole to expose nobama?

Thank you, Dr. Polarik. We need you. This country desperately needs you. I have to admit I’ve been close to giving up but especially when I see what the Iranian people are willing to do in order to have the chance at making a real difference in their country, I am both shamed and inspired to continue the fight. We can’t give up. The cost is too high for us and our children if we do.
Ron, you, Orly, and every one of us knows we will be called names and subjected to threats and intimidation simply because we won’t go away on this subject – just like the Iranian people. It will only get worse if we remain silent though. We need to speak while we still can, before we, the people become a footnote just like the Iranian regime has tried to make the Iranian people.
