Hello, Dr. Taitz-
I am part of a team that is producing a TV pilot for Viacom Networks that will focus on controversial sociopolitical issues that are currently affecting our country, particularly during the 2016 presidential election. Our goal is to bring opinions from every side in an effort to help viewers understand each other’s point of view.
We saw a video of your speech at a recent Trump rally in Temecula and heard you speak on the health risks associated with an unsecured border. Would you be interested in participating in our project and telling us more about your opinions on these issues? You would be paid for your time.

Find our all you can about these people before you agree and insist that they make you one of the producers. We have all seen over and over again how they can edit your own words to make you look foolish, unless you have some contractual control over the final product.

To Jerry G’s point, please make sure you have *in writing* 100% control over the episode(s), perhaps your own recording of the contents. I agree it’s a great opportunity for you, Orly, but I would hate to see them edit the content in order to push a different view. Viacom may be a good honest outfit and would not screw you around, but, with all the crazy liberal stuff that’s going on, you can’t be too careful.

Nixon was easily smeared because of Watergate but what the media successfully covered up about that issue is what the burglars were looking for. Classified documents that the democrat party had in their possession illegally that were being used to upstage Nixon’s foreign policy. It was pointed out that Bill Clinton was spending time in Russia and other areas of the world even before he was Governor negotiating better deals with our enemies.

Dig into why and who is going to be running this thing!
Make sure (with an attorney present) that your interests are at the top of the totum pole, so they can’t twist and use you/your words, to help the left-wingers!

Let them know that (in a contract) that no one is to switch, change, subvert anything you say!

Protect yourself against anyone whom you do not know!
Get a full run down on all activities that they plan on making, so you’ll know what the whole show will be about!

And who is going to do the editing, once this is done…and who is going to get edited…and how much is going to be edited?
Hit everything you can think of to protect yourself! As well…
Find out what is the political slant of this station? How much will this pay come to? Will there be any residuals, each time this is played?
What is the political slant of the guy named Dan? Will there be any left-wing slant on the final cut? What are the topics for discussion?
Who else will be interviewed/allowed to speak in this venture?
When will this be aired? For the (R)’s or for the (D)’s or Libertarians?
Ask them to protect you in every shape, way, and form, from A to Z, in the contract against any slander of any kind!!!
And have your attorney also sign this, as a witness! Go the full 9-yards!

Redstone is CEO of Viacom (as of now). Only do so, by tight contract. Watch the editing, etc.

Go for all the good suggestions here, but do not put VIACOM up against a wall so hard that they are forced to withdraw the offer.
They cannot cede ALL control to you as some are suggesting. Be prepared to negotiate (as Donald Trump would!) for the best deal you can.
At the very least though, Orly, bring your own portable audio recorder as an insurance against false edits. Let them know you will be recording.

Orly, it is true, keep original tape for yourself, require your approval for what is aired, and sue if edited and you are slandered or misrepresented, the way Trump protects himself. They pulled Palin into the muck, trying to buy her with money and book deals, and keeping her busy with “other things.” When it is too good to be true, it often is not! I hope you can build your own media, like the Drudge Report, and give commentary, like Bill OReilly. The Taitz Report, or Orly’s WorldView! But don’t get fooled by the tricksters. Trump sure seems to be able to wipe of the mudslinging and throw it back twice as hard. God be with you, Orly…the Truth always wins in the end, and you definitely have that on your side! I called my cable provider to see about getting this channel and was informed that Viacom has several channels. Do you have specific information about which channel it will be on? I realize you will not have the channel number for my provider but it would be helpful to have details about the channel name so I can check with my cable provider. Thank you.
