I was asked about a letter sent to 3 Obama appointees asking them to deport Obama. It is not a law suit, just a letter, which these employees will probably throw in the garbage, but it is a reminder of the issue for the public

Several people asked me about 3 letters sent to 3 Obama employees at DHS asking them to deport Obama. People do not understand that petitions are just letters, which are sent to officials. Letters are not law suits. In the past 6 years thousands of people, including multiple attorneys, sent similar letters to thousands of federal and state employees . Typically, these employees either ignore all the letters and throw them in the garbage or send boiler plate responses, form letters, telling them that they will study the issue and ultimately they do nothing.

Nobody wants Obama exposed and prosecuted more than I do, however, from my experience of the past 6 years, these employees will just ignore the letters. From my experience, the only positive thing in this, is that these letters remind  the public about the fact that Obama is indeed using fabricated IDs and is not eligible.

    Larry say’s if his petition is ignored, he’s prepared to sue for action. I believe he’ll do it.

    Orly, you should be admired by everyone for your courage and determination to do the right thing. It is obvious to a lot of us out here who are flocking to your support that we are dealing with irrational people who are in control of our government. It appears to me that it is not so much that they lie but they truly believe it is the truth when they do lie. I hate to keep bringing it up but this current generation of our government are not required to be drug free.

    You are spot on as to the influence letters/correspondence can make as to exposing the fraud that Obama and all his cohorts have perpetrated on the citizens of the USA. Note I do not include non citizens as I believe many of these are shills for the ‘gang of Obama’.

    is reminder in itself about the degeneracy of American “public” and entire political system even NEEDING a reminder about issue like this (and still remaining brain dead). A society with a semblance of civility ought to stand on its ears already in 2008, or at least in 2011 when the data about the forgeries of Obama’s personal docs became widely known.

    America does not even exercise its (still existing) freedom of speech and so far could not achieve even what was called GLASNOST’ (the burst of freedom of speech) in the former USSR; Nor does it even long for it!

    If civility were in place, such facts like an Unidentified Foreign Operative with uncertain names Obama-Soetoro-Soebarakch-Bounel in the White House would not need any reminders! Each and every agency, party, at least some congressmen, and prosecuting authorities would SCREAM about it making a noise increasing since day one until unbearable. If nothing else, this alone would stop this hoax and treason of the century.

    I agree, he will probably sue, however they will claim that he has no standing, as his claim is generalized, not different from any other. We’ve been down that path many times before. It is a sad state of affairs

    But do not give up yet!

    Do recall the need for RICO lawsuits and
    wrongful death lawsuits against Obot and
    Holder too. Many issues still pending. IMO

    Do not give up. Klayman may file more and more
    lawsuits.

    We should all encourage and applaud Klayman.

    Orly, please try to keep an eye on Klayman.

    Also try the class action lawsuit route. Many
    venues open. IMO

    Do not give up yet! Do not go down with the
    Titanic.

    The ultimate judges of this treason mess will be
    the US House Judiciary Committee. They are the
    final judges.

    They will not invoke “standing” issue. IMO

    Petition Goodlatte (VA) and Issa (CA) non-stop.

    We must try to prevail.

    Klayman must serve legal notice to the Clerk of
    the House of Rep., for a hearing before Good-
    latte (VA) and the House Judiciary Comttee.

    Must have a hearing. Only Goodlatte can
    resolve this mess. IMO.

    Write Goodlatte now!

    he can’t serve anything on Goodlatte or anyone else for that matter, he does not have any active legal actions against Obama in either state of federal court. There is nothing to serve. He simply sent letters to three officials at DHS. They do not have a duty to answer letters from the public, they typically simply ignore all the letters
