I need your help

Below is the IP address of a thug, who tried to post a porn link on my blog

the problem is not only in porn, but also in that these porn sites and links usually contain viruses, which are picked up by Google, which would block my site. This is more than a prank, this is yet another cyber attack perpetrated to shut down my site, particularly now, when I filed a FOIA with the chief judge of the District of Columbia regarding Obama’s use of a stolen CT SSN.

Please, contact cyber crimes unit with FBI. I have been complaining for 2 years now and so far nothing was done, in spite of constant hacking,  tampering with my blog, my e-mail addresses, erasing e-mail addresses from my Yahoo account, setting faux disparaging sites and all the other cyber attacks
