I was under the impression that Orly Taitz files lawsuits on a daily basis, with a different forged birth certificate from a different country each time. No?

    You, as a citizen, can say “this is unconstitutional.” File the lawsuit, go through the whole thing. Now, on the whole idea of the birth certificate for Obama, for example. You can do that. By the time you got a decision, it’d be ten years from now. And then the damage is already done.

    Check out the date Orly, this was a long time ago.

    This is what I heard on the tape. I put brackets around 2 parts that were muffled, but I’m pretty sure I heard correctly:

    Inhofe: “Here’s the problem you have…One of the problems you have…I get people all the time talking about things that are unconstitutional and they’re right. But the way the system is set up you have the judicial, executive, and legislative branches. You, as a citizen, can say this is unconstitutional, file the lawsuit and go through this thing. On the whole idea of the birth certificate, [Obama’s certificate], you can do that, but by the time you got a decision it would be 10 years from now and then the damage is already done. This is…The way the problems we’ve seen…For us to have to sit there and know these things that [in my opinion are unconstitutional] and your hands are pretty much tied.”
