I need help reaching NH Sec of State and getting the date for rehearing

I called them several times yesterday in order to get the date assigned for the rehearing and the transcript of the November 18th  hearing, but I cannot reach anyone. Yesterday around4 PST nobody was answering and there was no answering machine to leave a message. Today the line is constantly busy. I need someone to go there and talk to the secretary and get an official response from them as to the date of the rehearing and a copy of the transcript of the November 18th hearing
