I need help in getting metadata on Kapiolani letter, as well as means by which Abercrombie received the letter , allegedly signed by Obama on the same day

it was computer generated “letter” not a scan or photocopy of an actual letter just like his BC. I wonder if we can still get metadata from this letter?

I am not sure I understand what you mean by this.
If you write a letter on your computer, print it out and mail it somebody, there is no “metadata” on the letter. You would need the computer file which would give some information.
