Arpaio must be coming close to blowing the lid off this whole eligibility deal. It looks like they are becoming desperate to stop him. I hope Arpaio has lots of body guards watching his back right now. You never know what they my try to do to silence him. I pray for Sheriff Joe’s safety. |

Arpaio could do a press conference today. It takes 5 minutes to run the e-verify and see that Obama does not have a valid SSN ID. What is Arpaio waiting for? Why did he announce that he will publish his report mid February? Why mid February? What is happening in February? What is happening then? I know there is an FBI investigation in regards to claims of violation of civil rights, in that Arpaio did not investigate some sex crimes committed against illegals. Is there something happening in relation to this investigation? Is it happening in February? Does anyone know?
I hope that sheriff Joe is sincere. I hope there will not be a quid pro quo, where Obama/Holder regime will drop their charges of violation of civil rights under color of authority (real or made up charges) in return for Arpaio coming up with the report that he did not find sufficient basis to proceed against Obama or filing a report that will go nowhere. I’ve seen a lot of deals made along the way. I hope this will not happen, as it would be a blow to the movement and to the legal challenges.
I can’t say for sure, but it is possible, that a deal was made with Jan Brewer. There were some charges against her son.
We need to investigate as much as possible the matter of these charges against Arpaio and compare to other states. My guess, that similar amount of cases of sexual crimes go unsolved in other states, particularly other border states, where there are a lot of illegals, who are afraid to be deported and don’t cooperate with police. My guess, that in AZ, where sheriffs are tough and deport more than in CA,( where many sheriffs are globalist puppets), illegals are not cooperating and that is why there are a lot of unsolved crimes in Hispanic community, not because Arpio is violating any one’s civil rights. If this is the case, we can turn the tables on Obama/Holder regime, who go after a sheriff, who investigates usurper Obama. I need the dates for the hearing on the civil rights violation charges against Arpaio

Sheriff Arpaio had originally announced the report would be out shortly after the first of year 2012. Now it is February 2012 and I believe, as he stated, that they had switched off from the birth certificate to other things, thus the delay.

The attached is a thread between myself and Brian Reilly, the very same individual responsible for convincing Arpaio to intiate the “posse” invesigation of Soetoro aka Obama. As you can see by his rather curt and inexplicable reply that they have no intention of releasing the report. This is the theatre of the absurd for the sole purpose of stoking Arpaio’s considerable ego at the expense of our trust and confidence in his lawful charge.

With all due respect, the goal is to expose the crimes of a one Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama, that have been committed against the good people of Maricopa County. That is the goal. To assign arbitrary parameters to that effort is to unnecessarily subject the citizens of Maricopa County, in particular, and the citizens of the United States of America, in general, to further fraud and mischief on the part of Soetoro aka Obama. This is unconscionable. It is no different than waiting for a murder suspect to kill again, because that homicide really helps make the case against him airtight. Every day Americans all over this country are suffering because of the felonious actions of this illegitimate regime. Our brave men and women in uniform are dying because of the illegal orders being issued by this usurper and imposter.
I appreciate your willingness to engage in a dialogue with me, and to the best of your abilities, answer my questions. Mr. Reilly, I implore you to exercise what influence you have in this process, to convince Arapaio that waiting until the end of February to release this report is to needlessly place millions of Americans in continued harms way of this malicious and craven despots relentless assault on our way of life.

JD, the problem is, Arpaio failed to enforce the law by failing to investigate cases in a town that contracted for the Sheriff’s Office to be its municipal police department. As a consequence hundreds of sex abuse and rape cases were not investigated at all. The entire population of El Mirage — U.S. citizens, legal aliens, undocumented aliens — received no law enforcement. That is why Arpaio is being called upon to step down.

At this point, I would bet money that Arpaio has nothing. He’s blowing smoke to stay in the public eye and to take attention off of his legal troubles. My hunch is that he will be a private citizen in less than 6 months.

Sheriff Joe will release the report like he said he will. There are still a few men of honor with courage and character out there in leadership positions. He is one of them. I have confidence in him. His record points to no other outcome.

If Sheriff Arpaio is charged (amidst media fanfare) then Sheriff Obama must be parallel charged, each on his own evidences.

The only reason for the delay is that the investigation has been expanded and the amount of evidence being collected is overwhelming to say the least.
There is an investigation. It is progressing. It involves carefully collecting evidence of many more crimes that have been committed.
How about a little patience people. Do we not want to see this done right.
If everyone would just be patient, I think conservatives everywhere will eventually be very happy with the results.
