For more information, below are relevant excerpts from the Hawaii vital records laws which define a ‘verification’ and outline the relevant qualifications required in order to obtain one [emphasis mine]:

HRS§338-14.3 Verification in lieu of a certified copy.

    (a) Subject to the requirements of section 338-18 [below], the department of health, upon request, shall furnish to any applicant, in lieu of the issuance of a certified copy, a verification of the existence of a certificate and any other information that the applicant provides to be verified relating to the vital event that pertains to the certificate.

    (b) A verification shall be considered for all purposes certification that the vital event did occur and that the facts of the event are as stated by the applicant.

    (c) Verification may be made in written, electronic, or other form approved by the director of health.

    HRS§338-18 Disclosure of records.

    (g) The department shall not issue a verification in lieu of a certified copy of any such record, or any part thereof, unless it is satisfied that the applicant requesting a verification is:

    (4) A private or government attorney who seeks to confirm information about a vital event relating to any such record which was acquired during the course of or for purposes of legal proceedings

Orly:…Wow! Have you had time to “breathe,” today? Ha! Lordy…your schedule is fairly grueling! Don’t rush too much…(“just a friend thinking “outloud” over your health!”).

Maybe have your family “cook up some grub” for themselves…sometime(s)??? Just a suggestion. You have too much to do!!! They should also be helping you, in various ways?

I know I’m just “whistling Dixie” here! But I know how you feel about this entire “Nightmare on Elm Street!” So, “lay down the law,” counselor, and give yourself a “break?”

You have a lot of work and responsibility, so be gentle on yourself! Do what you can, when you can!

[You set the pace, don’t allow others to “direct your traffic” for you!]

No one who knows you could expect any more effort than you already give! There are just so many hours in a day! So your priorities should be:
    1) Your health…sleep, rest, relaxing, fun
    2) Family
    3) Then, total “destruction” of the C.E.T.s!
    LOL!

Sure want you to be able to “recharge” your batteries…every single day!!! Have a good “cup of java,” with a “hot bagle & some Philly Cream Cheese,” when you take a break! Hmmm, now I’m hungry! LOL!

Okay…enough “pampering here”…LOL! Up and at ’em…with a little “Ti-Chi” and then, get ready to “sock it to ’em”!

    Friend, Davey Crockett…
P.S. Now don’t you feel better with a “personalized” routine for a break? LOL!
