    Looks like Obama will be using FEMA to shut down the polls in swing states as a result of the hurricane. The rationale is that, if these states only count votes cast so far, the Democrats will hold an advantage.

    I live in Nevada. No attorney there will represent me if I want to file a case against Obama’s eligibility. Or, if they are willing to help, they want $400 per hour with a $15,000 retainer. Do you know of any attorney in Nevada who can help pro bono?

    Dr. Taitz,

    I would be glad to be a plaintiff but I don’t have the slightest clue about the law. Also, I have a speech impediment which would preclude me from representing myself effectively.
