If I’m understanding correctly, you have a Trial scheduled for Indiana on the 22nd of October, and if I’m not mistaken you also have a hearing scheduled in California also on the 22nd. of October.

Do you think this is just a coincident or do you think the two States got together and did this, so you could only appear in one of the Courts on October 22nd?

    What time are the hearings? Perhaps you can send an assistant to one of them.
