I am so concerned about Christie that I would rather vote for Cruz with his eligibility problems, than for Christie, who will side with the Dems and Clinton and will legalize millions of illegals and who will side with the dems and Clinton in letting NDAA and Patriot act stand without any change. Christie scares me nearly as much as Hillary Clinton

Chris Christie on the Record

– Chris Christie was born September 6, 1962 in Newark, New Jersey.

– On November 05, 2013, Christie told South Carolina Republicans that he wants to help Senator Lindsey Graham, who is facing a conservative primary challenge next year.

– Christie threaded the needle on the Dream Act, a law that would permit students who entered the country illegally to pay in-state tuition rates. Two years ago he said the state couldn’t afford to extend tuition equality to “people who haven’t followed the rules.” A few days ago in front of a largely Hispanic crowd, he said it’s time to reconsider the measure. “I’ve never been opposed to tuition equality,” Christie said. Source: Newark Star-Ledger on 2013 N.J. Governor debates , Oct 16, 2013

– Gov. Christie allowed $25 million in federally funded ads to feature him in the middle of an election year running in states beyond New Jersey, taken from the $60 billion in federal emergency disaster funding allocated to states affected by Sandy.

– Governor Christie supports gun control laws. He has supported the assault weapons ban, opposes concealed carry laws, and supports the New Jersey one gun per month law.

– While running for Assemblyman in 1995 Chris Christie put out a campaign flyer noting his support for the assault weapons ban. He called the support for repealing the ban dangerous, crazy, and radical.

– In 2009 while seeking the Governor’s office in 2009, US Attorney Christie put out a fact sheet noting that he supported New Jersey’s gun laws and opposed concealed carry laws. He mocked the idea that he “stood with the NRA.”

– After assuming office, Governor Christie supported a recently passed New Jersey that only allowed each person to purchase one handgun per day.

– Christie quoted: “We ARE the leader in Libya; we MUST be the world’s police.” (June 2011)

– Christie has defended the Patriot Act, including one highly controversial portion of the law that allowed the government to investigate what materials people take out of public libraries. (2007)

– Christie is happy to rail against the Affordable Care Act like every other Republican, but when it came to decision time, he went along with the Medicaid expansion. He declined to set up a state-run exchange for the marketplace, meaning the Garden State is now contending with the error-riddled federal site.

– Christie invoked an old standby to criticize recent legislative activity like the narrow defeat of Justin Amash’s amendment and Rep. Rush Holt’s recently introduced bill to repeal the PATRIOT Act.
“As a former prosecutor who was appointed by President George W. Bush on Sept. 10, 2001, I just want us to be really cautious, because this strain of libertarianism that’s going through both parties right now and making big headlines, I think, is a very dangerous thought,” Christie said. Christie dismissed some of the current privacy/national security debates as “esoteric.”

– The Hunt for Pufferfish: A Double Down Excerpt: During the 2012 presidential campaign, Mitt Romney ranked Chris Christie among the final contenders to be his running mate. That is until the Republican nominee started digging into the New Jersey governor’s record

I agree with you totally Orly. I don’t trust Christie as far as I can throw him being the (RINo) elephant that he is. He is no American. He wouldn’t even sign on to the brief to get rid of Obamacare. I am in CT so maybe I hear more on the news than is nationally. I just don’t trust him. He has appointed muslims to federal benches, he allowed a election to get Cory Booker in to the Senate when he could have just elected another republican to the senate. He is no American fat pig or not.

Amnesty is our next big battle and this is one that we cannot lose. Please everyone go to this website and support this gentleman who filmed the most amazing documentary regarding immigration. It is a “must see”. Buy the DVD and show it to your friends, groups etc. You know that Hollywood will never back this so we have to.

After 5 years with Obama how could anyone even remotely consider voting for another Constitutionally ineligible candidate? It’s 3 years until the 2016 presidential election, why would anyone think that out of more than 200 million natural born citizens we can only come up with still another ineligible candidate, Ted Cruz, to run for president?

200 plus million people we can choose from and we are suggesting it’s OK to put the last nail in the coffin of Constitutional eligibility requirements by electing still another ineligible candidate?

    WHY?

    November 9th, 2013 @ 4:32 am

no doubt that Christie is in bed with the rich powers behind the Democrats- maybe not as much as Hillary or Obama- but big money (disguised in the form of campaign contributions must have reached him)

he was going back and forth on amnesty: he was for it, then he was against it. This is one of the main reasons I am concerned about Paul

I don’t have a candidate yet, it’s 3 years until the next presidential election. I still believe the presidential picture will be vastly different, and soon, because I don’t think Barry can continue to usurp the office for another 3 years.

There will be other, as yet unknown candidates, and in every case one of my unchangeable priorities is that they are a natural born citizen. Cruz isn’t, even by a very loose definition of NBC. How hard will it be to find a suitable candidate born of 2 America citizens out of over 200 million to choose from?

Thanks for asking me the question and when I know, I’ll give you a definitive answer.

    Also, thanks not giving up.

    To Thomas,

RE: Presidential Memorandum — Delegation of Functions Under Sections 1261(b) and 1262(a) of Public Law 112-239

It seems to be relating to removing of satellites & related items from munitions list, and also exportation of satellites & other related items, and to me the scary part is in 1261(c)(3):

    https://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/PLAW-112publ239/html/PLAW-112publ239.htm

    Subtitle E–Satellites and Related Items

…delegate to the Secretary of State [Kerry] the functions of the President under section 1261(b):

SEC. 1261. REMOVAL OF SATELLITES AND RELATED ITEMS FROM THE UNITED STATES MUNITIONS LIST.

    (b) <> Additional Determination and Report.–
Accompanying but separate from the submission to Congress of the first notification after the date of the enactment of this Act under section 38(f) of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2778(f)) relating to the removal of satellites and related items from the United States Munitions List, the President shall also submit to Congress–
    (1) a determination by the President that the removal of such satellites and items from the United States Munitions List is in the national security interests of the United States; and

    (2) a report identifying and analyzing any differences between–
    (A) the recommendations and draft regulations for controlling the export, re-export, and transfer of such satellites and related items that were submitted in the report to Congress required by section 1248 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010
    (Public Law 111-84; 123 Stat. 2546); and
    (B) the final regulations under which the export, re-export, and transfer of such satellites and related items would continue to be controlled.

    —————-

…delegate to the Secretary of Commerce [Gary Locke, former Dem. gov. of WA State (1997 – 2005), currently serving under Obama as the nation’s 36th Sect. of Commerce. Locke is also the first Chinese American Sect. of Commerce.] the functions of the President under section 1262(a)

SEC. 1262. <> REPORT ON LICENSES AND OTHER AUTHORIZATIONS TO EXPORT CERTAIN SATELLITES AND RELATED ITEMS.

    (a) <> In General.–Not later than 60 days after the end of each calendar year through 2020, the President shall submit to the committees of Congress specified in subsection (b) a report
summarizing all licenses and other authorizations to export satellites and related items that are subject to the Export Administration Regulations (15 CFR part 730 et seq.) as a result of the enactment of
    section 1261(a).

    ———————————

This looks scary!!: it looks like under waiver of 1261(c)(3) the President can waive the prohibition of ‘Any country that is a state sponsor of terrorism.’:

    (3) <> Waiver.–The President may waive the prohibition in paragraph (1) on a case-by-case basis if not later than 30 days before doing so the President–
    (A) <> determines that it is in the national interest of the United States to do so; and
    (B) <> notifies the appropriate congressional committees of such determination.

Why Does Obama Want Iran To Have Nuclear Weapons?

By Joel Leyden, Israel News Agency

    Excerpt:
“Jerusalem, Israel — November 8, 2013 … Why would the leader of the free world, of the United States want to provide nuclear weapons to Iran?

Iran, a nation founded on Sharia law, Islamic Jihad. Iran, which was responsible for the kidnapping of US diplomats in 1979. The US Marine massacre in Beirut, Lebanon on Oct. 23, 1983. Iran, responsible for the kidnapping and murder of U.S. Marine Lt. Col. William Higgins in Lebanon. Iran, which attacked the Israeli embassy in Buenos Aires in 1992 murdering 29 people. Two years later, a terror bombing at a Jewish community center in that city murders 85 people. Iran, which trained and and assisted the Saudi Hezbollah in the bombing of a US military housing facility at Khobar Towers in Saudi Arabia. The bombing kills 19 and wounds more than 500, including 240 US military personnel. Iran, whose operatives were behind the murder of Hassan al-Qahtani, a Saudi security official who was shot to death outside his office in Karachi. Iran, which today dispatches agents to perpertrate terror attacks against Christians and Jews throughout the Middle East, Europe, Africa and North America.

Iran, which has sworn to wipe Israel off the map”

    Exderpt:
“Iran would not be interested in having one bomb or two bombs,” said Netanyahu. “They’re gearing up with their infrastructure for 200 bombs. And they’re not developing those ICBMs for us. They can reach us with what they have. It’s for the US. It’s for Washington, New York, Chicago and LA.”

    Excerpt:
“Obama’s distaste for Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has never been greater. Jealous of Netanyahu’s successful military and intelligence background, Obama will do what ever it takes to show that he, and only he is in charge. Even if that means allowing Iran to have and threaten the world with nuclear weapons.

Kerry told Netanyahu: “I am only the messenger.” Netanyahu responded: “But John, you wore a uniform, how can you allow a deal with Iran allowing them to complete the production of nuclear weapons that no one wants, that endangers the lives of every child in the Middle East, Europe and in a few years, the US?”

Kerry looked down. He had no response. Netanyahu showed Kerry Israeli intel of the Iranian nuclear development, that the Iranians were just months away from having nukes. Kerry, again with his eyes to the floor, said that he would try talking to Obama. Netanyahu reminded Kerry about former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel who quit the job and became mayor of Chicago.

Did Netanyahu then state: “John, when you finally walk out, will it be LA or Miami as mayor after Iran has the bomb? How much more of this shit are you going to take and deliver? I’m going public on this John. I will not allow the children of Israel to be threatened with nuclear weapons. We already had one holocaust. It ain’t gonna happen again.”

Within hours Netanyahu held a press conference with Kerry.

“I understand that the Iranians are walking around very satisfied in Geneva – as well they should be, because they got everything and paid nothing.
“So Iran got the deal of the century and the international community got a bad deal, this is a very bad deal. Israel utterly rejects it.”
“Iran is essentially giving nothing and it’s getting all the air taken out—the air begins to be taken out of the pressure cooker that it took years to build in the sanctions regime. What we’re having today is a situation that Iran is giving up, at best, a few days of enrichment time, but the whole international regime’s sanctions policy has the air taken out of it.”

I actually agree w Paul on amnesty.
“I’ve got a news flash for those who want to call people names on amnesty: what we have now is de facto amnesty,” he said in an appearance on Fox News. “We have 11 million people here. They’ve been here, some of them, for a decade or more. No one is telling them to go home, no one’s
Paul delivered a speech on Tuesday in support of immigration reform to legalize undocumented immigrants already in the United States and later allow them to become citizens. He disputed reports that it was an endorsement of a pathway to citizenship, but also said he would not support a policy that banned naturalization for undocumented immigrants.

which part of 92 million adult Americans not in labor force don’t you get? over 6 million Americans went into poverty since Obama took office. We have to stop outsourcing american jobs to slave labor and we need to stop importing slave labor. we have to start checking e-verify and deport people who fail it. Obama will be the first
