This Copyright document is a Forgery. Maria A. Pallante was not Register of Copyrights in 1995, she was not Register until 2011. Someone has some explaining to do.

Librarian of Congress James H. Billington has appointed Maria A. Pallante as the 12th Register of Copyrights and director of the United States Copyright Office, effective June 1, 2011. Pallante served as the Acting Register for five months, following the retirement of Marybeth Peters on December 31, 2010.

    You can a Google the Register names and see A number of articles and bios on the two. One of the links I posted is also the Governments own Copyrights website.

    Orly, I believe I know what you are saying. Perhaps the entire upper part of the Copyright for is blank and Stamped by current Register when a copy is sent out.

    I would thing that in 1995 a Register would have stamped the application, and if receiving a copy today, one should receive a true copy with perhaps a second stamp certifying the true original copy.

    You have no supporters capable of verifying these claims. And even if you were able to, I don’t think that there’s any law that someone that one day wants to be president and has written a book has to have his copyright information entered precisely.

    You’re just barking up another empty tree. And you’re also proving yourself further and further to be a vexatious litigant. It won’t be long before you’re stopped by the courts from filing any more lawsuits.

    How is pointing out that Obama entered “USA” in the area where he was supposed to enter his date of birth, make me a vexatious litigant? The statement from Obama’s operative going by Dick Zucker (probably a pseudonym) asserting that, makes him look stupid

    Zucker is probably Okubo’s or Fukino’s
    obot husband. He is just as bad as them
    with their nonsensical gibberish about vexatious
    requestors. They said the same of Netty, at Butterdezillion. It is just a cop out, IMO.
    We deserve the truth, and if needed, we can
    make a FOIA request and force a subpoena for the data. Good riddance to Zucker, IMO. Another
    dumb obot. Book him, Danno.
