    It might be helpful if you can get one your plaintiffs, perhaps one your presidential candidates clients to come to the hearing with you. This will show your are forceful about enforcing your supenoa, as your presidental candidates have standing to challenge Obama to be on the Georgia Ballot and that evidence to be submitted for the trial would establish a right under provision #9 of HRS 338-18 to inspect and seek discovery in Obama’s birth records for such evidence.

    I can think of a number of surprise witnesses whose testimony under oath would be a game-changer IF the Court has any integrity. One such witness would be the person who intentionally removed “under provisions of the United States Constitution.” from the 2008 “Official Certification of Nomination” of the Democratic Party of Hawaii.

    Surprise witnesses only exist in Perry Mason episodes.
