Dear Orly,
Concerns about how much foreign doner pay-to-play can they get away with:

Maybe it’s hard to do this before we announce, but I feel like we should be going on offense with the foundation….like you want to know what using a foundation for political purposes looks like? The Koch’s!

>> Subject: Foreign donors
>> Hi Craig–
>> I’m working on a story following up on the foreign donor issue because I think you and I would likely agree that there appears to be significant confusion out there about what exactly the 2008 MOU allowed on this front. Are you around today? Between the explanation you provided last week and my read of the MOU itself, I think I now understand what rules it set out. But I’d like to run that by you, to make sure I’ve got it right.
>>
>> I also have a few questions. First, I found a copy of the MOU online, but it was posted by MSNBC. Could you send me a clean copy, so I’ve got it straight from the foundation and I know I’m looking at the final version?
>>
>> Second, I know the MOU allowed foreign governments that had been making contributions to continue to do so, provided they merely continued their support at past levels. Can you tell me which governments this provision applied to? Which governments had been making donations and then continued to do so after 2008, at the same levels they had been donating earlier?
>>
>> Third, I know the MOU also allowed governments to increase their support and allow for new governments to donate, provided those proposed contributions were submitted to a state department ethics official for review. Can you tell me how many times that process was accessed while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State and for which donations?
>>
>> Finally, just to confirm, the MOU’s provisions spoke only to donations by foreign governments, correct? They did not apply in any way to foreign citizens or non-governmental charities or companies based outside the United States, correct?
>>
>> I’m at (202) 494-4860.
>> Many thanks!

And in the last debate, Hillary said that they give 90% of the donations to charities…
That’s been proven a lie…it only amounted to about 5+%!!!!
Once again, she can’t tell the truth!
